Location is superb. Only thing to dislike about the location: its dirty right outside and beside the hotel - garbage dumps piled over. But at just a few seconds walk you are at the subway steps and Mcds, starbucks and many restaurants at the disposal. The rooms were clean and staff was very polite and helpful. We got 2 rooms at different floors but they kindly made extra efforts to change the rooms for our convenience for rest of our stay. With Newyork standards the rooms were spacious. Best of all: PARKING is bang opposite the hotel which was extremely convenient.

Good and cheap breakfast option inclusive at the price should have been really good.

The bathroom was a bit tired. Shower wasn’t the greatest. Housekeeping was a little bit and miss - had to chase on a second day with no service. The service seems quite minimal despite housekeeping staff allegedly working till 8pm daily. The price we paid reflected the holiday season but I wouldn’t pay that to stay at an alternative time of year considering you have to pay city tax on top of your original price. The surrounding area is not the most ‘glamorous’ but didn’t it feel unsafe.

I have stayed at Even hotel in midtown NYC several times. This hotel was just as good and "familiar". Met all my expectations based on my previous good experiences. Very comfortable room with a fridge!! Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Takes about 20 minutes for hot water to run in the shower in the morning -wates a lot of water.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, hotel was very clean. I like that you have to swipe your room key to enter the building after 9pm, and to use the elevator at all times. We arrived in NYC a few hours before check in, staff was kind enough to store our luggage so we didn't have to drag it around with us. Also, after check out they did it again so we could enjoy our day hands-free before our evening departure.

I had requested down/feather pillows in advance, but they didn't have any, (I have a bad neck/back and need a soft pillow). Not a deal breaker, would definitely stay again, but maybe the hotel could acquire a few for those who ask.

Location was great; A NYPD station was in the same street so was told the street was relatively safer; has exercise equipment in the room and exercise video available so found that a unique offering. Front desk staff was friendly and greets every time you leave or return to the hotel. Room is also modern. Offered to store luggage after checkout.

Stored luggage at hotel after check out. Couldn't ascertain how it happened but we only discovered at our next destination that a glass item broke. Might have broke during storage or while we were on the move, can't confirm. Perhaps, hotel could give a "fragile" tag in future? Thought it would be good if the hotel had some tie up with nearby car park garages with discounted rates. The ice dispenser was not working on the floor we stayed.

Very well located close to Penn Street Station and to many tourist activities. Rooms very comfortable and pleasantly arranged for layout, lighting etc and equipped for healthy activities such as yoga. Restaurant offered many healthy choices and catered for various dietary requirements. Only 6 rooms on each floor, and rooms very quiet.

I booked at last minute and perhaps it was a peak time as I paid a very high nightly rate, much higher than the rate offered for the following week.

I liked when you walked out of the hotel you would take a left and basically be in times square

We weren't really a huge fan of the breakfast that they had offered but there are plenty of other options for food around the area

Newly done up rooms, perfect bathrooms, extremely clean hotel. Was just 5 min walk from the Amtrak- Penn station, so it was a breeze dragging the luggage along to & fro.

Location felt a bit unsafe, iffy surrounding areas, hotel locks it’s doors by 9 PM. Cafe at hotel was poorly staffed & managed, very limited options, we got oatmeal that was not good, no good hot coffee, this is area that management should be careful.

Excellent location, very close to the MSG, Penn Station/transportation and shopping. Friendly and responsive staff, the game room was clutch for our kids whenever we needed to come back to take a break from running around the city.

We woke up to construction every morning unfortunately. We know it’s not the hotel’s fault but it would’ve been nice to be warned about it.

I only stay at hotels with Peloton Bikes. Great work out themed hotel with good gym and exercise equipment in the hotel room. Very close to Penn Station ( to the south) and Times Square (a few blocks north)

Nothing! Lots of flavored water in lobby. Glad to have bar and F&B outlet, even though I did not use it! Everything you could want. Quiet side street but very close to the energy of the city.
