Staff were extremely friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate my last minute request for a king bed rather than two singles (my friend couldn't make it) and even upgraded me to a nicer room. Great location and handy for everything. Loved that there was a pod coffee machine.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. One thing is that I'm not generally a fan of UHT milk so first thing I do when I travel is go and buy some from a supermarket. Having a small amount of fresh milk as standard would be amazing, but I get why it's not cost-effective.

Very friendly and courteous staff at reception and room attendants. Room was a good size, verry clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding of a good quality. Furnishing in good order. Bar fridge well stocked.

No onsite Parking (we were aware of this, and alternate arrangements were made at a discount but necessitated walking 2 - 3 blocks.) No bath available in any of the rooms when we enquired. TV reception was intermittent. One of the two lifts was out of service for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed making waiting times a little longer and played havoc with guests and (very patient) cleaning staff.

Excellent location to CBD, train station, shops, and ferry. Staff were fabulous and friendly and created a warm and welcoming experience. The room with the comfy bed provided a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Price was good for what was offered.

Bathroom sink basin and shower seemed oddly placed/ set up. However, this was minor for us. The shower glogged often. However, we spoke to staff about the shower, and staff have been lovely and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location in relation to our office in Perth, so that worked well for me. The room was comfortable and had pretty much all the facilities I require when I am travelling.

It was difficult for me to see what was on the In-Room Dining menu as the code for scanning in my room took me to the incorrect internet page. Thankfully Reception had the correct code that I could use. But no option for in-room dining for breakfast which was disappointing - I didn't have time for a buffet breakfast as I had meetings from 7.00am that I was doing from my room - a room service breakfast would have been ideal. Ended up having to get Uber Eats. Also, the drain from the shower doesn't really work well with where you need to place the bath mat.

Room was well equipped and clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Loved the couch in the room and the large TV. Well positioned hotel close to the shops and RAC Arena. Will be back again!

One of the bedside lamps did not work. We stayed for 2 nights but our room was not refreshed after the first night when I thought it would have been with staying 2 nights. No big deal though. Pity the restaurant wasn't open for dinner. Breakfast was ok, but not great for the price.

Great location, friendly staff and a very quiet hotel. Everything feels very new, the bed is extremely comfortable, and we only heard minor street noise when a large vehicle/truck was parked outside. We enjoyed being within walking distance to our destinations, and parking the car at Raine Square was easy, as was validating the ticket the next morning.

The air conditioning unit in our room was not as cool as we expected, in fact the hallway was much cooler than the room itself and the weather being warm, it would have been nicer if it was a little more effective. It wasn't uncomfortable enough to warrant speaking to staff, but I'm sure if we had been staying longer and mentioned it, the issue would have been resolved quickly. Not a major problem for us.

Lovely spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Love the large walk-in showers! Easy to find. Lucky enough to be on the 15th floor - very quiet, no noise at all. Staff were friendly. Secure location having to swipe card to get into the foyer after hours. A quick walk up the lane to Murray St to find restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Number of staff behind the counter but only one appeared to be checking customers in so had to wait for a while as the customers at the counter were having issues with their credit card for deposit. Other staff could have at least acknowledged the waiting customers. Be nice to have express check out also.

Location central to most things. About a 500 metre walk to railway station but easily manageable. Extremely comfortable bed. Spacious room. Well appointed bathroom.

Breakfast was ok although while the quality of food was very good the choices of food for a full breakfast for $30 was limited. For example when we were there the only hot food choices were bacon, scrambled eggs and hash browns. For the money I expected such choices as sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans in addition to what was offered. Still there was plenty of food although not the variety.

Million thanks to the hotel housekeeping team who honestly retrieved our lost wallet where i forgetfully left in the room. Complinents to the reception lady who offered helps and allows us to share our appreciation to the room attendant. Impressive hotel service team who made our 5 days stays perfect !! Excellence hotel location within CBD and easy walking access for buses & train. Hotel uniquely cater Nespresso capsule coffee with pkt of fresh milk in the room which we enjoyed every morning. Room also come with water boiler, iron board & hair dryer as well.

Our triple sharing room was given a sofa bed instead of extra bed. The sofa bed was too soft with thin cushion, not comfy for median size adult. No free bottle water and room slippers provided.

This is a neat little hotel in great location. Comfortable room, helpful staff, close to restaurants, shops and train station.

Drainage in shower in bathroom was terrible. Design fault not maintenance issue. Staff brought more towels up to room so we could dry the floor however when they made up the room, all extra towels were taken away and not replaced so had to ask again.
