The location is very central to food places, shops, markets , convenience store and transportation. Everything was walking distance. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on The shower had very good hot water The room is pretty spacious for 2 people. Staff - housekeeping and front of house were friendly Will definitely come back Next time.

The aircon was very cold when it was turned on . We tried to lower the temperature n fan but it was still very cold. The only way was to turn it off completely.

Our 3th stay at Ibis Bencoolen: the hotel is very clean, rooms are simple and small but big enough for our needs. Minibar and coffee/thea facilities in the room. Water pressure in the shower was al 5 days perfect, the shower itself is big enough. Compliments to the house keeping staff: the room is very clean, you can daily choose at which level (or not) the room will be cleaned. At one day the cleaning lady was busy when we arrived, she apologized (not neccesary) that she had to clean our room. She left a personal note on the bed for thanking us for waiting 😊. Hotel is near Bugis metro station, a 10 minute walk through a nice local area, which we used daily.

We asked for 2 quiet rooms on a higher floor: we got the highest floor (16) near the lifts (room 1642 & 1641), but all the lifts are making a constant loud click at every lift call, and there are many calls; which is annoying at night when you want to sleep. We checked other floors but it is only on the 16th floor. We used air plugs else we could not sleep well.

I love the location. It is so conveniently located. The quick check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel was also well maintained and it had almost everything you need including an ironing board. We especially liked that there was a water dispenser on our level and it was just outside our room. We booked 2 rooms. We were given the highest level. Loved the great view!

The room size is a little small. Sound insulation wasn't that good. We could hear people talking outside whenever they walk past our room.

The most important feature of this hotel is the Location. There are two MRT stations nearby. Bugees Street and Little India is walking distance. Surrounding area is very clean and quality. 7Eleven is in the ground floor as well.

There is a restaurant at the Ground floor. Since it server same menu in the morning suggesting to have couple of meals there if you are staying longer days. There is no bidet shower if you are coming from a country where bidet shower is in use.

The location is great as there are two bus stops in front of the building, and the metro/underground line is a short distance away, so getting a bus pass at the airport is a no-brainer in my opinion. The next building also has a small shopping center containing mainly little restaurants, where we were easily able to eat vegan, even if there are no vegan restaurants proper. So yeah, location is really good. We were also able to leave our luggage on the last day to get some more visiting done, as our flight was leaving at 1AM the following day. That service was really appreciated.

A microwave oven in the room would have been nice. But that won't stop us from visiting again as everything else fully matched our expectations and the staff was always very helpful. A lot of places could learn from Ibis on Bencoolen.

Clean hotel with good service. Supportive staff. Great location to multiple MRT stations like Bugis, Bencoolen and Rochor. The food and bar service was excellent. Really fast check-in and check-out. House keeping is on request and up to the point. Good hotel experience.

Bottled water was not available in the room.

Super accessible. Near to Bugis Junction and Bugis+ for last minute shopping. Lots of places to eat at nearby. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there are train stations that are accessible within a few hundred meters too. Like that ibis tries to be as eco-friendly as possible. Props to the refillable water dispenser

Rooms are small, but 2 people can move around the room without inconveniencing the other

The room is comfy and clean. There's a water dispenser on each floor which is very convenient.

The fridge is too small, and there's no handheld bidet.

- Great location, being an easy walking distance to the Rochor, Bugis Junction and Bencoolen MRT stations, and close to many eateries (e.g. the Albert hawker Food Centre and several cafes) - Their environmentally friendly initiatives e.g. having dispensers with cool/warm water available on each floor to refill our water bottles, rather than bottled plastic water; having larger bottles of soap/shampoo rather than the single use small plastic containers - Having a laundrette with washing machines and dryers helped a lot

- Working out how to book a family room for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) was unnecessarily complicated on the hotel website - Could have some additional shelving in the rooms (e.g. a floating shelf would allow more storage but not take up valuable floor space)

Location of this hotel is excellent, staffs are very police and helpful. There have hawker markets around the hotel, it is easy to find foods for eating. The hotel has 4 washers and 4 dryers in the laudary room. The whole cycle for washing and drying clothes only need 76 minutes! That's great for no need to wait too long time but you might feel a bit expensive.
