The spacious large room .. the view .. the facilities in the room and at the Hotel .. the Restaurant was great and service A1 .. Breakfast was delicious .. Bar was good at night too .. food and service there also A1 .. the laundry was good .. ice machine always worked .. the location of the Hotel absolutely ideal

Location: Excellent, right outside the ferry terminal. Parking was available FOC next to the hotel. Main shopping street is 5-8 minutes away. Room: Booked a family room- mountain facing, very spacious room with separate toilet and shower area, room had a massage chair, 3 futons already set up but a 4th can be set on the sofa bed. Lots of space for your luggage and hanging of your clothes. Water pressure from the shower was excellent too. Breakfast: Lots of good food options, food was excellent, environment very clean. Saw the staff wiping down the entire table and all seats with sanitiser after each customer. Lounge: Had drinks, ice cream and biscuits available. Nice and cozy area located at the corner of the lobby. Washer/dryer: Excellent, ¥300 for 30mins wash, ¥100 for 30 mins dry. Machines did the job well, machines were all clean and well maintained. Onsen: did not try so cannot comment. Popsicles of different flavours were available. Staff: Very helpful and polite.

This hotel is directly across from the ferry terminal so it was so convenient with all our luggage. Lovrly clean hotel with a spacious room that even had a massage chair. Beds were super comfy. The stay was really special, with touches like a lounge area near reception for guests to help themselves to unlimited tea, coffee, soft drinks, cake, biscuits and ice cream. Our son was in heaven!! The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast. The hotel has separate male and female onsen which was a nice way to wind down in the evenings.

It was pricey to stay there, as most accommodation on Miyajima Island is, but we splashed out on 2 nights there for my birthday. All the special touches made it feel worth the money though. Buffet dinner at 10000Yen was too expensive for us and there weren't many other dinner options on the island. It would be good if there was a cheaper option for the buffet dinner.

Wonderfully clean and friendly hotel for a night stay on Miyajima. The staff helped us with an issue when I left my passport at the previous hotel! The hotel is calm and quiet and the pyjamas comfortable! Visited the onsen too and it was lovely, even though I’m from uk wasn’t uncomfortable about being naked! I would book two nights if I visited again to enjoy the facilities more.

Buffet was expensive for what it was but it is a captive audience so we expected that. It did include alcoholic drinks so if you drink a few glasses of wine, beer or spirits then it’s great value.

Great hotel and location, great views from both sides. Nice japanese style interiors. And a top floor onsen (public bath facility). A wonderful seaside town to visit. With mountain hiking and gondola access. Many shrines and temples. Convenient water shuttle to Hiroshima Peace Park. Good food and shopping. Miyajima has alot going for it.

All other hotels we stayed at gave you ability to make coffee in your room. But here you needed to be in a larger room to get that. But the free coffee machine in the lounging area was very good as consolation.

The property was awesome. I liked the room, how clean it was, the chill area and the bar which provide food and drink till pretty late. Also the fact that is so close to the ferry is a plus. All the staff were. Very friendly and tried to accommodate us all the time.

When I booked a room with “mountain view” I expected to be able to see the mountains. That was not the case as the hotel is so close to the mountain that there are no “views” plus the windows glass was not see thru. We still enjoyed it.

The staff were excellent. Even giving me a loaf of beautiful blueberry bread when they realised I was going to miss breakfast to catch the first ferry. Cannot thank the staff enough for their thoughtfulness and friendliness 😊😊

Had pizza & chicken and a drink from the bar, however, as much as it was nice, the pizza wasn’t heated through enough.

The architectural design and interior decoration are cozy yet elegant. We love the room with the sea view and the massage chair. After spending time in tiny hotel rooms in cities, we just went crazy for the vast space inside which kinda felt like home: a big tv screen, cozy mattresses and duvets, and easily adjustable a/c. Walking around the hotel was comfortable with their lounge wear and Japanese slippers, and the onsen is easy to access and very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and eager to help out. Everywhere we walked past, they greeted and were attentive even though some of them may not speak a fluent English. Breakfast is abundant and very well-managed.

The price can be quite expensive, but considering the experience we received and the view of the Tori in the early morning, I think it was worth it.

Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Lots of freebies in the room including tea and coffee. Olsen had a great view across the bay. Lounge with complimentary cold and hot drinks and ice cream. Location is fight next to the ferry and the town. Perfect hotel.

Great location directly across the road from the ferry terminal. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic with our 2 year old. The hotel is very family friendly. We were given many discount coupons and free samples to enjoy at the islands shopping arcade.

The rooms are slightly small. But still very comfortable and they have a reading lounge on the ground floor where you can relax have complementary non alcoholic drinks or enjoy a drink from the bar, that makes up for the lack of space in the rooms.
