Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. Nothing as classic as having breakfast while viewing the Ocean and enjoying the surrounding greenery and fresh breeze from the Ocean while the birds chirp away. The property is exceptional: private, serene, scenic palm trees, garden and waterway overlooking the rooms and fresh breeze from the Ocean. The rooms are self contained, spacious and clean. Good ambience for family or spouse on a vacay. The Swimming pool is shaped like the map of Kenya but you must have attention to detail to notice the unique shape. The pool was clean, enjoyed swimming in the mid morning early afternoon and the privacy of the property was exceptional. The Staff from the security guard to the room stewards were welcoming, warm, courteous and helpful. Reception gave tips us on where to shop, places to go at the beach, restaurants for food, drinks and entertainment and contacts for water sports and expeditions and safaris. We enjoyed the Swahili cuisine and sea food.

Look into installing air condition in the sitting room as the ceiling fan cannot cope with hot weather during the day. Internet connection was poor. Relook into increasing the band width. Guests need to be advised if take away breakfast is available for holiday makers travelling for day trips early in the morning. Liaise with two or more reputable "local" tours and safaris companies to have brochures at the reception or in the rooms or share "websites" to enhance customer experience especially first time holiday makers to maximise their stay in Diani. A holiday to Diani is incomplete without a day trip to Shimoni, Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park and Wasini Island. Luckily we did not miss out.

Apartment was spacious and clean with and big balcony and nice view. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very short walk from the beach! Place is safe and quiet in the night. There are some shops and places to eat nearby. WiFi was some problems but they fixed very quickly.

There was not possible to use swimming pool which was out of order. They should inform on description on booking site or just should send message to guests after reservation and offer some discount. Kitchen equipment could be better. There was not possible to move curtains on balcony they tore in the hands.

Property is NOT on the beach and getting sunbeds or umbrella at the beach from other resorts can be a problem Regular cuts of electricity and WiFi (both due to local situation but unclear what property does for backup e.g. an own generator or more WiFi lines)

The apartment was spacious, and the air-conditioning worked well in the bedroom. The apartment was cleaned every day, and the food was good, and we enjoyed eating at the balcony in the apartment since the food was brought there if we wanted. Everyone working there was nice and kind. The pool was clean.

The internet was lagging from time to time, and you had to walk on the big road a short distance to get to the beach.

I was there for six days over the Christmas holiday season. Loved the facility. Clean apartment with a minimalist farmhouse detailing. All appliances were working. Very polite and responsive staff. Clean swimming pool area. They were kind enough to provide a baby cot. Also the garden and blinds provided a perfect balance between privacy and views while on the balcony. I figured out the WiFi is full strength on the balcony. I had occasional visits from our distant relatives (pictured) and we discussed matters of national importance. My son also loved seeing them. The location is walking distance to the beach and not far from the Kongo river and other facilities. It is also near Diani Hospital which was perfect because I was travelling with a baby and was not sure how he would handle the change in climate. The best part was my three-year-old telling me he loved the place....

The cleanliness of the place. The staff were very accommodating and super friendly. The cosy atmosphere and everything was within reach or walking or a short ride. Supermarket , restaurants, pubs/bar, other hotels and the beach. 😎The housekeeping was done everyday and it was great to come back to clean towels and bedding. They provided dish washing liquid and a sponge for washing up the dishes. The WiFi was great and the air conditioning in the bedroom was an added bonus. It would have been better if it was added for the living room area.

I expected the apartment to provide such things as kitchen cloths, kettle and oven gloves and a bigger ice cube tray. There was no cutting/chopping board and found a couple of millipedes in the bedrooms.

Comfortable double rooms apartment with kitchen. Large balcony with dinner table and sea view. Breakfasts are served in the room on the balcony. We had fresh juice, fruits, sausages, omelet and vegetables for breakfast. Food enough for diner also :). Cleaning every day. The pool is clean and large. Territory is small but well secured. Guard always on duty to open the door. Sometimes monkeys visit the balcony and even the room for some food, so it's better to close all doors.

Unfortunately, condition is only in the bedroom, so it is hot in the main-room during the night. Wooden sinks were leaking. Personnel tried to fix but didn't succeed. Electricity sometimes shut down, but looks like it is the problem of the district. Water pressure is weak and it is salty, but as everywhere on Diani beach.

The beach is very near to the hotel, the water of the pool is very warm, the room and the kitchen is well-equipped, the breakfast and the dinner was served at our room and it was delicious, the whole staff was very friendly, the ocean view room has a balcony with a beautiful view

We booked an ocean view apartment and firstly we got a pool view apartment, but on our second day we got what we have originally booked

The staff were very friendly right from the check-in until the end of the stay. We really enjoyed the apartment too - very conveniently laid out and the Aircon worked like a treat. We had cleaning everyday which was a bonus. The breakfast was filling and tasty each morning, which made the stay even better value for money. We could even fill up our water bottles with filtered water! The location was very good too, only a 5 min walk from the beach and a few bars and restaurants. Overall I'd highly recommend!

WiFi was generally pretty strong, but on a few occasions it would slow down significantly or not work at all. The room initially smelled quite damp which wasn't great, but after opening the windows it was better.

We had a very relaxing stay! The hotel is not on the beach and we preferred it that way. We enjoyed the pool area the most, it was very quiet and not crowded at all. The breakfast was very tasty, delivered to your room daily. Our apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms and a nice balcony. There's also AC in the bedroom.

We had two bathrooms but one of the showers had very low water pressure and couldn't be used. Be careful not to leave the balcony door open while you're not in the room because monkeys can enter and grab your food.
