Great location near the restaurants and bars and shops in Diani Beach , but quite with an amazing beach, the hotel is embedded in a wonderful garden which really invites you to relax. The manager was very friendly, helpful and customer-oriented. The whole team was super friendly and competent. We have mostly had our meals at the hotel restaurant and were very satisfied

We had a twin room: unfortunately the beds were very spartan and narrow. But we still slept well most of the time. The restaurant is not very big and is sometimes overcrowded and also too close to the pool (if the pool is busy, it is not really pleasant)

We chose this accommodation as the end of our journey through Kenya. We wanted a bit of idleness and enjoyment, and we were able to experience that to the fullest extent here. They offered us the best accommodation so that we could enjoy together as a family in one place, even though we didn't book like that. The views are wonderful, the beach is well-kept and clean. The pool and surroundings are also pleasant and clean. The staff is unobtrusive, but attentive, and you can leave your things on the hotel sunbeds. There are no large complexes around, so it is quiet, but there is still a lot of culinary and shopping on the beach and also along the main road. Next to the beach is also surfing/kite/paddle rental and school. Great for the tide waves. It is possible to walk, travel on foot towards Galu beach or Congo river, and return by tuktuk. There are also tuktuks in front of the hotel or a little higher on the main road, and transportation is not a problem. They help with ideas and organization of trips at the hotel, but there are also beachboys who connect you with the tour provider. We have good experience. The breakfast is rich and you can choose from the menu, so that it is freshly prepared. The selection of dishes even during the day is rich, lots of fresh vegetables, fruits and really tasty. Every day they also have a dish of the day, which is even more affordable. This hotel was our favorite of the trip. Big thanks to the whole team.

The room was lovely, clean and air con was appreciated. Had a stunning sea and pool view, monkeys to watch in the trees outside. Pool was very pretty and never too busy, no issues getting sunbeds there or on the beach. Staff in the restaurant were fantastic, particularly Maureen, Peter and Agnes! Full of smiles and always helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent, not a huge selection but always tasty and plenty of tables available.

Had one issue with one male member of housekeeping who begged us for tips repeatedly and got annoyed when we asked for change after he brought laundry to us. We were always going to tip but it was a little uncomfortable how he addressed this.

Everything! Location on the gorgeous beach, the swimming pool, the helpful staff, the delicious food, the aircon in the massive room. We were there for 2 nights and didn't end up leaving! They have glass boat kayaks and paddleboards you can hire (I think it's the business on the hotel grounds - I'm not sure). You can have kite lesson classes too. We did the kayaks and paddleboards - both very very fun (but pricey -20 euro for an hour/25 for 2 hours). There's a sandbank you can visit in low tide. The glass bottom boats allow you to see underneath very clearly. I didn't see much coral, but did see a lot of red star fish and some fish in between the rocks where there was a bit of coral.

The only very small thing was that there were missing tiles in the swimming pool and my son cut his foot. But otherwise it didn't bother us at all, and we LOVED the swimming pool and everything about the place!!

I liked how the property was right by the beach. I enjoyed watching the sun rise every day, so beautiful. The staff was very friendly, maintained a clean environment. The property was also easy to trace, very close to many great spots and supermarkets. Also, the beach was not packed, given that its low season at the moment.

The food was not the best according to me. They should strive to do better. They could also try and have a bathroom outside by the beach area where their sunbeds are, for people who just want to sit and relax by the beach all day.

I loved my stay at Flamboyant! The location is perfect, in the map it seemed a few mins walk but it was beach front. The beach was GORGEOUS, much better than the photos. The only annoying thing is the boys at the beach trying to sell things, they never come closer though, since its a private property and there is a guard, so it felt good knowing that I could leave my things and go in the water without being worried. You can reach the main street, market and shops within a five min walk or by Tuktuk that can be found everywhere or called by the staff. The restaurant is great, delicious food, clean and great service! The staff was great, Angie welcomed me very warmly and she was very helpfull throughtout my stay there, giving me the best reccomandations of things to do. I loved Milka's amazing cocktails, especially Dawa which was my medicine for my sore throat :) the best cocktail that I had in Kenya, accompanied by Milka's amazing smile. The staff at the bar/restaurant where very nice and charizmatic! Overall I really loved my stay here, I wish I stayed more days.

The location of this hotel is incredible, it has beautiful grounds right on the beach. The beach is spacious and picture-perfect. My room was located in a cute beach house with a view to the garden and sea. The bathroom, although listed as shared and outside the room, was for my private use, secured with a key. The staff are really incredible - they are so attentive, polite and professional. The restaurant and bar offer delicious food and drinks.

There were many ants in my room, which I suppose is normal in such an open space. After I raised this issue with the management, they sprayed inside the room, but quite a few still remained and they went into everything - clothes, shoes, toiletries, making it difficult to relax. The first night I arrived quite late and ordered dinner at the hotel right before the restaurant closed. The fish arrived quite raw, which made me quite sick a day later.

The position of the hotel is ideal. Only 20mtrs away from the beach, make it perfect choice for relax and enjoy holidays. Center of village is 15mins walking distance. All rooms are spacious and clean and the majority of them have ocean view. breakfast is always fresh and hand made under your personal request. Staff is always smiley and helpful. The restaurant has many choices and covers also a vegetarian. Totally recommend this hotel.

As the breakfast is served at an open space area, I believe that staff should be more alert of insects around bread etc.

The location is very nice. The pool and the ocean are easily accessible and the security looks after your stuff. The restaurant is wonderful and has really tasty food. Angie is a star, super friendly and always happy to help with answering questions and booking activities. Without her the place wouldn’t be the same! Try to book everything through her and before she has her day off because booking activities without her is a bit complicated.

Here and there the hotel and the facilities are in need of renovation.

This place is such a hidden gem! Came across this place browsing booking.com and reserved a sea view room with AC. Upon arrival, we got a warm and hearty reception from Arty. Amazing service by all the staff who are nice, polite, and are a joy to converse with. Place is beautiful and amazingly well maintained and managed. The cleanliness is prominent in the rooms and throughout the rest of the hotel. Food is amazing and is better than most of the restaurants in the area. Has a quality bar, too. Beach is right there and is beautiful and clean. Best value for money I have experienced in Diani for 90$ per night for two people. We had absolutely amazing time! I felt compelled to give this place props. Next time im in Diani, there is no doubt where I'm coming back here!
