Our room had a stunning sea view. The beach is a dream and the pool/garden area amazing. Food delicious! Decoration in the restaurant stunning (art with watermelon)

To change money usd 10 in small amounts, not possible (for tips) Some employees were rude Not everything was „all inclusive“ (such as water in the morning was charged)

All in all, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious, sophisticated and very clean. Due to the excellent wifi connection, working remotely was possible without any problems. A big compliment to the kitchen team, who without exception manage to create a generous, incredibly varied and lovingly arranged buffet. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to renovate the rooms in the spa. The spa therapists do a great job and are well trained. Only the location could do with some modernization.

The guest entertainment after dinner ends (9.30pm) is really loud and most guests that I met resigned themselves to no sleep before 11.00pm. There was a function on the beach on the Saturday night and the volumn of the music was unbelievable throughout the resort. Ideally function areas should be well away from the rooms but the layout of the resort does not enable that. Provided there was no function booked - I would stay again

The overall location is gorgeous. Ocean facing and stunning.

The wifi was an issue. Please improve it. Especially in the rooms the connections were poor. And the food buffet was yummy and had a huge range but mostly Indian flavors . It would be nice if you included Asian, Mediterranean and something besides just Pasta for Italian cuisine.

Staff treat Kenyan tourists differently from the white foreigners despite paying the same for services. That’s something I detest and I felt like a second hand client. We must be proud of our own. Staff should be taught to treat all colors the same

Stayed 1night and after check out stayed 1day more,check inn was smooth,location everything was perfect,food was delicious and had many varieties,room were spacious and big. From sports activities the staff were really amazing,had really good time.

I only had 1 issue,night staff who were serving drinks on table tennis side were not really caring they ignore you when you ask anything,but I won't say bad more as when Manager saw,he was very kind and helpful if manager was not there my stay wouldn't be great as I was very disappointed, What I want to say is big up to Manager who handled it properly and made my stay very amazing

Very hospitable and kind staff serving us breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazing variety of fresh foods! The tea was phenomenal and the pool bar staff was so wonderful. Very lovely staff cleaning our rooms . Very organised resort Wonderful food. Teresia was so kind and looked after all of us. The head of security was excellent as well! A lovely chap named Sunday cleaned our room for half of the week and he was lovely and taught us some Swahili words!

That wasn’t exactly a formal business centre if one wanted to do work.

I had booked and paid for a sea view room and without any information or advance warning given was subjected to a wedding taking place right in front of my room and guests were using my balcony without permission. That was a whole day of my paid holiday accommodation used by the hotel to cater for a wedding. Felt like instead of Sea view was looking at a Wedding view.

The best food in the resort was at the beach bar, honestly, the butter garlic fish - congrats to the chef, just amazing! A special thank you to Emelda - one of the beach bar waitresses. Always smiling, very polite, very professional it was just nice to be served by her, i could tell she is a very warm and welcoming person. Also, there was one waiter at the beach bar. An older gentleman named Kithikki Alan. Every evening he was making sure we have a table, we have our drinks, we never waited long for them, he was very very professional.

At the last pool ( close to the reception ) there was never any waiter around. Once i think i waited like 2h for someone to spot. But the pool staff was very nice, we always had towels waiting if we asked for them, so that was nice. Oh and i personally missed a decaffeinated coffee :D Sometimes there is some in hotels in rooms for the decaff guests and here i couldn't find any. There was also no showers by the last pool but i could see the signs to shower before enter the pool - this was funny :)

There was a variety of choice for breakfast, and dinner as well as an assortment of desserts. Food was good. There was a lot of options. The snack bar was also included in the all inclusive package. Drinks from the bar all day as well in the all inclusive package. The view of the beach and the beach itself, awesome.

That i didn't stay longer than the 2 days to enjoy everything icluding activities offered at the hotel like beach walking etc The disco in the evening but it ended at 11pm.
