It was clean and the location.

It needs an update and they don’t have a bag drop so you can’t leave your bags before your check in.

The property was clean. I like aesthetic of the room. The staff was very friendly and I like that the deco interior and building. Also the restaurants that’s offers a vegan food was very nice. The employees were very helpful and giving advice what’s going on in the area and very much friendly as well, I travel with my pets which was welcome well the staff loved him and it was nice to see

Overall, the property is very nice. The room was nice as well. I could go for a bit more lighting in the room, but that’s a really minor thing

Super convenient location. One block away from the beach and some interesting venues and eateries. Some of the Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Don't miss the happy hour at their partner hotel.

The shower needs fixing, a puddle of water remains after using and it is not very pleasant to use the next time.Plus it may not be very hygienic. The view to a white wall is not very cool either but at least a good amount of natural light comes in and it is quiet.

Simple and sweet. I like that it had double beds. A lot of hotels I checked didn't, or they were higher price. Great location...3 minute walk to spirits. Cost effective, affordable and still pretty decent.

Nothing I didn't like. It was perfect for the price. Extremely satisfied. Anna at the front desk was really nice and helpful as she without hesitation went to check if we could do early check in and we were able to.

The location was amazing! We walked everywhere because it’s so close to everything! I do think it’s more luxurious in the pictures but overall it was a good hotel and I would stay here again because as I said you can’t beat the price for the location honestly!

The shower took like 5 minutes to heat up and I also didn’t like the 100 dollar fee when I arrived! While I understand it’s for a safety deposit I don’t see why it’s not included in the original price. Also it takes 2-3 business days to refund into my account which just isn’t really convenient

Not having a microwave in the room. The mildew smell from the carpet in the hallway.

The bar & restaurant on the premises was a bonus. The free vodka & gin cocktails during Happy Hr @ their sister hotel, The Catalina (oceanfront), & the rooftop sun deck & pool use @ another sister hotel, The Chesterfield, made up for the Chelsea not having a pool & being 2 blocks away from the beach. However, my shower never reached the warm water temperature that I am accustomed for me to comfortably take a shower. If it weren’t for the 90° day, I wouldn’t have been able to take the cool water shower.

The staff was excellent. Professional and fun. Available to help at all times. Bartender was a delight and made us all feel special. The room was clean and cozy. would recommend and will return. Location was fantastic, everything close.

The halls had a musty smell probably due to the beach. But didn't stop us from enjoying anything

This hotel was so great! They are so accommodating. They held our luggage on the day of check out. Also, we arrived early, and they allowed us to check in right away which was a blessing as we were exhausted. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Border around the bed and absence of electrical outlets, no hangers in the closet , would have welcomed a coffee maker, or at least in the lobby. Were I traveling with another, quarters would have been too close.
