Close to the galleria

The hotel is dated. I thought we got upgraded to a suite, turns out everyone in my party goes suites too. Lol Room was not cleaned on our 3rd day. Fd said they’d check to see how long it will take hoiskeeking to get to our room , but never got a call back. Iron didn’t work. Ran out of body wash and when housekeeping delivered, he just handed me the bottle. I asked if he can put it for us, he said he didn’t speak English.

Near by everything

There is no free parking fir those who staying at the hotel For more, I still DID NIT receive my deposit money!!

Location and one employee at the reception called Mariem. She did an excellent work and I would like to appreciate her efforts to serve us.

Maintenance of the toilet was done three times which is not normal to happen in 4 star hotel

Of course the cookies and the staff and location was great

The pool was not open @ 6:30am or 7:30... I checked twice the breakfast was horrible the French toast was soggy and potato's hard... only good thing was the oatmeal and ceral.. they had only one utensils to get fruit and salmon 😬...

Awesome location in the city around restaurants for ANY budget. The service was amazing, the cookies were delicious and warm...(that's a bonus), was not able to hear my neighbors. Overall a great stay! This was probably my 6th time staying here and I cannot remember having complaints.

Parking price.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. Michael gave us excellent service. Was able to upgrade our room. The cookies are a great suggestion and welcoming.

The hours on the shuttle. Not enough staff to clean our room throughout the stay.

I loved everything about the property but I especially loved the room set up!! The manager Will was amazing!! He greeted me with a smile and when I checked out he greeted me with a smile! He was the best! Everyone at the front desk was amazing!

I do not have any complaints!

Excellent location

Parking was very expensive and there was no discount for members or long stay customers

it was nice and clean

the staff upon check in. I was in line to check in and I was told I didn’t have a reservation and was told to get out of line. it was very embarrassing. I had to call booking.com and my reservation was confirmed. after waiting almost an hour the manager on duty came back and instead of checking me in herself she just pointed me to another line to check in.

When I searched online for information concerning parking, I could not find any information.

Please explain in detail hour to get out of the parking lot with the scanner. It was a little confusing.
