The room was roomy and the hotel is close to downtown was on the parade route

The balcony was small,just enough to stand on for one person. I thought it would be bigger to sit, drink ur wine and watch the river walk. There was a large toe nail on the carpet. When I searched for hotels my criteria was free breakfast, a cup of coffee would have cost us $4!! Two night stay parking was $110! The pool is small, no hot tub.

Much like all of our stays in the US, in room facilities lack a little compared to AUS. No toaster, Kettle or microwave facilities in room.

The location was perfect for our 2 night stay in order to enjoy the city. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in for a really long time (we had the king bedroom). The person who checked us in was very professional and nice, it was late and they made us feel really welcomed.

We felt rushed out of our room at the check out at 11am when the day before we could see cleaners taking their time cleaning the rooms still at 5pm. The cleaner knocked twice for us to leave within less than 10 minutes so we left in a hurry and before reaching the elevator I realized I forgot something in the bathroom and when I got to the room everything was opened and the cleaner was peeing with the door opened. It was very awkward.

Location was great, rooms were good, staff was polite.

The price for parking was terrible.This has been my go to hotel for San Antiono for years but i will start looking for another hotel when i come here.

Staff was exceptional. We were very dissappointed that breakfast was not served the following morning as it was one of our highest deciding factors for our stay with 5 kids in tow. Also, the entrance is very crammed. I hit the yellow pole stump attempting to park a rented Sprinter Van. That incident cost me an additional $1,000.

My elderly cousin complained about her bathroom being completely uncleaned. They gave her a drink coupon. She doesn't drink and still did not clean the room.

Of course I returned. Great quiet oasis on the river! The staff was amazing! Guest Sevice Ambassador, Matthew was the best host with information on hot spots and how to vacation in San Antonio. He also was very welcoming, making our vacation beyond expectations. The grounds were beautiful and pet friendly as were the staff. The pool was relaxing. The restaurant had a delicious menu, especially for breakfast. The bar cocktails gave a flare of San Antonio.

The room and amenities were exactly what we expected. The check-in was simple and any information we needed was provided in a timely and helpful manner.

There is no availability for in and out parking. We had to pay a high price for parking and were not able to in and out as needed, and were put into a position to use other modes of transportation. The local water is NOT pleasant to drink, and there was no availability to purchase bottled water in the facility.

I got booking.com website that did not tell me this room was non-refundable until the end when I confirmed. IHG needs to check their website because people are being scammed with this website. I lost 2 days of money because my mother checked out of the hospital early. I was not there for fun I am a gold member and the hotel did not honor my stay. They stuck me in a standard room. I was not happy with the front desk.

The customer service is out of this world. I got a text from Matthew stating he was eager for our arrival. I was elated with excitement. So, when I checked and realized that Matthew was the gentlemen assisting us with our check in. I felt like I knew him. Gold 🌟 for Hotel Indigo. This hidden gem is nestled by itself. Walking distance to everything without breaking the bank. A MUST STAY.

Every staff encountered including the valet was awesome, had great customer service! I definitely would love to give compliments & shout out to the wonderful staff at this location!!! Now you could definitely go outside and down the stairs and be right at a part of the Riverwalk so that view was nice it's just not the part of the Riverwalk where all the eateries and shopping. The king room was amazing and spacious!!!!! My toddler had lots of play area wish it had a patio that would have been amazing...

The location wasn't quite close as we thought especially to walk with a toddler to the River Walk, The room floor seem to have hair not sure if it was from the carpet needing to be vacuumed that's around the bed or the floor needing a fresh touchup but my socks collected tons of it. The doors on the rooms doesn't close quietly...
