The room was great, quite spacious and very clean. Staff was very kind upon arrival and for the duration of my stay. The hotel looked amazing in general. Speaking of, the ground level looked amazing as well! I also had a great view on the 8th floor. Especially at night! The location was very close to the O2 arena, which was the reason for my stay. I was so happy I didn't have to take the train after my concert (the line to the underground was insane)!

The desposit for possible damages was insanely high. I stayed for 4 days and had to pay 400GBP. Which is about 500EUR! Almost half of my vacation savings went to the deposit after I already payed almost 1900EUR for 4 days. The deposit was indeed stated at booking.com, but it was still a pretty hefty amount imo. Sometimes people could be pretty loud in the hallways at later hours of the day. Not much variation at breakfast, but it tasted just fine nontheless.

The building was well-maintained and clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. The room was larger than I had expected, and the amenities were well-equipped, so there were almost no inconveniences during my stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. It was a stroke of luck to be able to stay at such a hotel at this price during the year-end holiday season.

Although it was a bit far from the main tourist spots in London, and it took some time to get around, the subway, taxi, and bus stations were all within a 5-minute walk, so there was no major inconvenience.

Unfortunately, I was not happy that after settling the bill in advance and I also gave them extra £200 to cover any extra expenses like minibar and food they attempted to charge me more than £1000 which is crazy my booking was already including breakfast and extra deposit was put on hold for any extra’s and my stay was paid in full in advance . I would appreciate of they contact me in my number 07491341821 to discuss this any sort out any discrepancies . Because even my bank can’t fathom how a hotel for two night only exceeds £2000 its insane .

Breakfast was amazing wide variety and good quality food and drink. Spa was nice. The actual hotel itself with very elegant and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent Location they had a walk way to go directly to the O2 which was handy.

Rooms were small and the view was not pleasant although river view there was a view of abandoned building material on a roof that was eye shot and very distracting. Also request for complementary or special birthday gesture were ignored via message prior to arriving and once arrived. Myself and guest were celebrating birthdays same day during our stay so an added touch would have been nice.

This was our second stay in this hotel. It's proximity to the O2 arena makes it perfect. All the staff were very helpful and lovely. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The soundproofing was excellent, we did not hear either the event next door in the O2 arena or any noise from adjacent rooms. Security measures were good, we felt safe. The breakfast was exceptional.

There were only a couple of disabled parking spaces as one was cordoned off for builders. These spaces were adjacent to a wall, so not really accessible for wheelchair users. We were lucky to find a space with room at the side of it on the end of a row in the very small main car park. I imagine this car park gets filled up very quickly. There used to be another car park next to the hotel, which is now not there.

Great food and excellent restaurant service. It was very busy but there were plenty of staff and no excess wait. The Breakfast serving was very busy but all worked well and food was varied and excellent. Room was very good and bed very comfortable. Very helpful staff

The Booking.com site promised a river view for the particular room we booked. The Hotel Reception said this was only a possibility and not available. They offered an upgrade with no River View which was not accepted. After a long wait and free drinks vouchers we were given a suite that we had booked with a river view. There was a suggestion by Reception that the details were wrong on Booking.com. Booking.com have reviewed and informed us that the Client Hotel/upload details. We would suggest phoning Hotel to check after booking this hotel with a river view. Minor point: There did not seem to be much storage space for clothes other than wardrobe. This could be an issue for a longer stay.

The staff were amazing especially housekeeping staff Theresa Akubo who cleaned our room meticulously who was extremely warm, professional and friendly. The location, breakfast at the hotel and hotel decor were fantastic. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very professional and lovely.

The swimming pool was too cold especially for when the kids hours were on, they should have heated up the pool, it was very cold and kids were freezing so we couldn't stay in the pool for a long time. The room service was very expensive and had a £5 delivery charge.

Lovely hotel, great facilities, staff were very helpful. My friend and I were each given an upgrade to a single apartment suite. The room was very comfortable, we used the hotel pool which was lovely. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth including, wide variety of breakfast items. The sky bar on the 18th floor is well worth a visit for a delicious cocktail and stunning view over the river and the high buildings. We were staying to see Paul McCartney at the O2 the hotel has access to the arena through the hotel ‘tunnel’ which made going to the concert nice and easy.

One minor point was that the Market Brasserie dessert menu offered seasonal fruits however on asking the fruits were melon and strawberries which aren’t typically seasonal for December.

The room is spacious , very clean and comfortable . The room isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing room . The room itself wasn’t the best looking . Full long windows were nice and pretty good views . I was able to decorate my room . You get what you pay for in terms of service and what the hotel provides . You get to park directly outside the hotel , where you can potentially see your from the window . You can have room service 24 hours and house keeping throughout the day . You can get luggage brought and collected to and from your room and helped into the car . The mini bar has a variety of things including alcohol . The spa is nice . The breakfast was one for the best things about the hotel. Amazing variety and quality breakfast. You get an al a carte menu still Included in the breakfast price . There was even smoothies as part of the buffet . Very amazing . I didn’t get to go up the sky bar but I know it was a very nice .

Parking is very expensive £45 overnight and £70 if you are not a hotel guest . Check these things before staying and let visitors know beforehand. For what you’re paying , I would expect to pay close to nothing , whilst I’m there but it’s quite expensive. The mini bar and room service , was expensive . You’re better off bringing your own snacks for the room. Room service is an extra £5 for delivery . Prosecco is £50. Sky bar is closed on a Sunday and Monday , which is quite odd. So I didnt get to go. The location is good but there’s no shops nearby. Unless you go through the o2 and go tescos
