Unfortunately, I am disappointed. The place is nice, the pool was clean, the room was clean and well-prepared, the food was the best we had in Kyrgyzstan, but unfortunately the hospitality needs improvement. Next to the pool all the sun beds were occupied, there were 3 comfy circular beds ‘reserved’ and some very uncomfortable benches. We asked if we could seat on the circular beds until the guest with the reservation arrived, but the answer was no. We asked if we should pay for it, the answer was no. Only after the third try they let us seat there, this was at 5pm, the guests with the reservation arrived at 9pm. This was funny. We went to grab breakfast at 9am but the staff actually arrived at 9am-9.30am, and we had to wait 40 minutes to get our meals. As the waiter said they usually have breakfast at 11am, which can be tough for a traveler. The staff asked us to pay right after anything we just consumed, if we went to our room to grab some stuff, the waiter knocked at the door, telling us that we need to pay. The last time when he knocked telling me I didn’t pay for the cappuccino, I told him, I’ll pay in 10 mins when we check out, 2 mins later he was knocking again with the bill in his hands. There were some language barriers, definitely, which I understand, but the staff was not trained at all, which is a pity, as the hotel has a really nice vibe. When we checked out, a receptionist run up to our room without telling us word. As it turned out, she checked if we consumed anything from the minibar. We could tell her that we did not, but it seemed that they do not trust their guests at all. This doesn’t feel good. We felt like a burden for them, or rather some impostors. Plus, as we saw it, they have international guests mostly, so I am writing this review hoping to suggest the owner some improvement worth making. Thanks for reading

Comfortable spacious room and bathroom. Warm attitude of the staff and hotel management.

Daily breakfast was taking more than 30 min to be prepared. Cold and not always freshly made. Minimal amount so you will never be full. Sometimes loud music in the pool till 22.40pm

It was amazing experience in terms of Hotel Rooms , Cleanness , Behavior of staffs . Only one thing notice that the restuarent Breakfast timing / Performance is very Poor and delay too.

Awful internet intermittent, it was only due to the help of Nurya? who did it herself, the boss didnt answer his phone, the only bad point, someone needs to give the boss a wake up call. it is a great hotel. location and comfort.

Very big room and nice environment with a small garden in front. Super helpful staff. They prepared our breakfast to take away.

A bit pricy and far from city center and Ala-Archa.

Cozy, comfortable and location is very good. There are no noises (cars, outside,…) that could bother you from a rest.

The front yard is gorgeous - it is decorated with beautiful garden. The reception staff are all very friendly and responsive

All was good! Nothing to complain about.

- Breakfast was a joke, had to order it from a cafe - Bathtub leaked and the showerhead was not attachable to the wall - You depend on the reception to get inside - had to stand outside of the hotel for 15 min to be let in in the evening

Small establishment and very well maintained. Has a swimming pool - everything is very clean. Staff is welcoming Location is Good for excursions by car south of Bishkek

I would say they should arrange better Breakfast options.
