DJ is playing same music only. Get boring

We were only allowed to checked in at 4.30pm, as the rooms are not ready. Supposedly 3pm!

-Music too loud, even during azan time! Extra towel charging too expensive! -Cleaning services done without changing towels and floor mat. -Foods for breakfast style to order, not an ordinary services. Some of orders were not arrived.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Dash Hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, but what really stood out was Koko. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering exceptional service with a warm smile and an attention to detail that made all the difference. Whether it was answering questions about local attractions or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, Koko made us feel like a VIP. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and modern, offering great amenities that enhanced my stay. I highly recommend The Dash Hotel, and I’m truly grateful to Koko for his outstanding hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

There's nothing i can think of , everything was good.

We stayed here in October, the hotel was fairly quiet and the facilities were great. They maintain their grounds well and the staff were super friendly! The breakfast was great, huge variety and large space so never felt too crowded. Room was clean and bed was comfy! If you are looking for a mix of relaxation with a bit of liveliness then this would be great for you!

The only thing I would say if the music is loud from 12pm onwards until quite late. We were in a room towards the back of the resort and we could not hear the music at all. However there are rooms located close to the pool & beach which would probably be able to hear the music quite loudly during the day and evening.

This is the place where I did my awesome short video. And I don't need others to tell me how good the video was because I love it myself. I can take photos in almost every corner of the hotel. The room is designed in such a modern style.

I suggest for a person to oversee the arrival of cars in the lobby as it is not a place to park your car and go for check-in leaving the next car waiting for a long time.

Clean, friendly staff, the swimming pool and the beach.

No soundproof in the room you can hear everything from outside. The breakfast could be better and no too much options for the menu

Away from the main strip of shops and beach night life so it's quiet around the property. Forest/hill face creates a lovely view and enclosure. Quiet, clean and well presented rooms to the back which we enjoyed. Also provided a plate of desserts in the room upon check in which was a nice surprise and bonus. Staff are lovely and the resort is clean and well presented. Range of food for breakfast available and pool is decent size with a large beach.

I thought some of the statues on display were inappropriate for a Muslim country but this resort is meant for those who enjoy late night partying, which I think needs to be made clearer on the main page. Room was a little on the small side.

Lovely location on the beach. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Reasonable priced pool bar and food was really nice. Excellent breakfast, with lots of choices, which was included in the price.

It was lovely to sit around the pool in the day and music was played at a reasonable volume. However at about 4.30pm each day a DJ arrived and the noise was ramped up unbearably loud until midnight. If it was just the Saturday night for example, or even if it was every night but at a lower volume and from maybe 7pm that would have been OK. There were just one or two round the pool in the evenings, most people left so it seemed crazy to have it so loud. Unfortunately for Dash it meant that we always went elsewhere for dinner.

The resort itself is amazing. Private beach with water activities and a large pool overlooking the beach. During the weekend, a DJ plays near the pool and there's easy access to the dining area. The breakfast options were pretty good. The room was clean and super comfortable. A very scenic resort with great vibes. The location is close to cenang beach (by car) and only a 10 minutes walk to a few restaurant options from the resort.

The service can be improved - we had to tell them twice that the bidet was leaking and a total of 5 times that the dustbin needs to be changed as the bidet leaked into the dustbin. We complained thrice at the reception and twice over the phone. During the night, a cockroach appeared in the bathroom; we called the reception twice and went there once and then finally someone came to pick it up. The way they treated this incident was very casual. The bathroom does not have enough ventilation.

Nice pool, Nice view to the sea from the room, had fire show at night, average breakfast, helpful staff

No instructions to use the Hot/Cold Water shower, No instructions to use the room coffee machine, there were few big ants (about 4 of them) 3 on the table and 1 on the bed, the jacuzzi pool bubbling feature was not working, the fire show starting time was not fixed (started whenever they like, no fixed time), very strict on the provision of the 600 ml mineral water bottles (only 2 per room/day, additional will be charged RM8/bottle, which is shocking!), bath square soap was only provided 1 piece for the entire 4 day 3 night stay (very thrifty).
