The Villa was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. It was much bigger than we expected! The private pool was great to have as well, and the reception team and staff were always very prompt in helping us!

The handheld shower did not work, so we just used the rain shower head (this was not too much of an issue, but just wanted to note…). The night time pool lights also turned off a few days into our stay.

It’s just like the photos. 24h concierge was helpful when we arrived late at night. Some lightbulb needed fixing and it was done quickly.

Tap water was brown but we later learnt it was a Langkawi problem and not specific to this property. Tap water was brown at another luxurious hotel we visited for lunch too. Looma staff was understanding and provided lots of bottled water!

I wished that there had been more cooking facilities at the villa. There was only a microwave and nothing else not even a toaster so we couldn't even have breakfast at the villa. Whilst it is very cheap to eat on in Langkawi, we hired a villa because we wanted to relax in the villa and by the pool there. Also there was limited furniture by the pool and on the pool patio. It would have been so much better if there had been some sun loungers and a table and chairs. The villa was so lovely we wanted to actually spend time there but there was no where to lie comfortably by the pool or eat al fresco

The pool and the room were great. I liked the privacy. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful.

In villa no.10 there was no curtain in the bathroom, so if someone is in the pool they can look directly at the toilet. I also feel they need to provide a full kitchen or at least a microwave and extra utensils to make the stay more enjoyable and relaxing.

This villa is great for family with elders and children. Accommodation is walkable distance to Cenang Walk, Cenang Beach, Duty free centres and eateries. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we all enjoyed the private pool villa concept. Bed was really comfortable and Villa was tip top clean. It’s peaceful and quiet if you want some privacy. Villa Services was excellent - I would say better than any hotel room services. Worth every penny.. We would definitely return on our next trip to Langkawi. Villa is slightly deep inside and was dark at night, to get to the villa so advisable to take a vehicle instead of walking

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and friendliness, making us feel right at home. The villa itself was immaculate, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We were especially impressed by the range of convenient facilities available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Private pool was wonderful. There are so many places to eat near by as well. Overall, our experience was flawless, and we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

- staff were professional and quick - the pool was clean and pool-cleaning service was offered for free during the stay - what you see in the images is exactly what you get - kettle and microwave are provided but no stove for cooking - water bottles are offered every day - free cleaning service is offered daily (upon request) - cups, utensils, dishes are provided - Insecticide spray is also available - AC is cold and fresh

- no cooking can be done (no stove) - TV didn’t work properly even after we asked for help

The property was well maintained and clean. It is perfect for large groups and families of more than 5. The staff were accommodative to all of our requests, late check out, extra beds and extra towels. The staff were friendly and shared good recommendations on food and activities around the area. The housekeeping team did a great job cleaning the rooms and pool and stocked up a lot of water. Location: the place is located very near the airport and it is very easy to get a grab to anywhere. The driver will reach within 5 mins of booking. The hotel is located near a mini mart and a lot of food in the area. There are also shops to rent bikes and it is near a lot of spas.
