The room & views matched the description. We were blown away by the ocean views from the balcony! The hotel has a direct water access which offers pretty good snorkelling + a sandy beach around the pool. Room had a fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate bed room and big balcony. We really enjoyed the combination of hotel + dive shop: Dive boats depart directly from the hotel pier ! Pepe Scuba is a great dive shop and we had some amazing dives around Cozumel! The concierge can help with scooter rental which is a great way to go back and forth between the city and the hotel.

Gym is outdated & lacks air conditioning . The property/rooms is in good condition but could use an upgrade (eg bathroom installations). We ordered in the restaurant but didn’t like it that much.

The pool, the fine white sandy areas and ocean access. Plus the coral was in a surprisingly healthy state that allowed us to see wonderful marine life while snorkeling. Front desk staff Alejandra was delightful, friendly, helpful and a pleasure for us to do business with.

Almost all hotel staff didn’t seem too excited to be working there, especially the front desk, wait and security (who didn’t even look up from their desk when we entered and said “Hola” each night) staff. Also, most of the hotel was empty, how could they not provide a free upgrade of either two beds (which was requested at the time of original booking) or an ocean view? That would’ve been so easy for them to do and would’ve made our trip that much better.

it was very good value for what it cost. It was a waterfront hotel, with a lovely shaded breakfast area with view to the sea, the breakfast was good, the prices in the menu were very reasonable for a hotel, a decent size pool, a roped off area so you could snorkel safely, the room was a good size, the king size bed comfortable, jungle view was a little boring but better that than viewing concrete houses and the staff was very nice.

The sheets on the bed and the towels in the room were very warm out. The beach towels were great though. There wasn’t a magnifying glass in the bathroom to put on makeup or contact lenses.

the view is outstanding! if u are fortunate to be in the south building the newly renovated you are lucky. the rooms with the kitchenette, on the south are spectacular.

the rooms on the north side are terrible.

The service, the attention to prevent viral spread, the staff, the view, the dive shop.

The constant music outside at the pool area. Sick of hearing the old music all day, Prefer quiet relaxing environment.

heated pool and view were amazing.

Lacking in microwave and mini fridge, ac was hard to keep at a level temperature and the way it is positioned blowing on you while sleeping was uncomfortable. Nicer comforters would have been helpful and blankets stored in closet. Having to pay for coffee was exhorbant compared to many other hotels at all levels as well as having to purchase water for coffee since water in faucet had bad taste. The breakfast staff was very short staffed and it took a long time to be waited on. The eggs were not edible so the rest of the time we ate at other restaurants. Not having room service for food service was hard because its not located in an area that you can just walk to restaurants or stores.

All the amenities were great but what we were most fascinated was the amazing sea view from our bed, especially during sunset. Also, you can snorkel around.

Not very soundproof. I would say that the front doors does not close properly and you can hear from the hallway like the door is opened. In the last night there was a group that were really loud for hours, listening to music, singing, talking very loudly and smashing their doors around. After 9pm I called reception and they stopped for a bit then start again. We were really tired and we just wanted to chill but they were really disturbing.

the dive shop onsite is amazing, reason enough to come back! the reef outside the hotel is also full of fish. great staff and outdoor facilities

the rooms are dated and old, if you stay in the club section it’s better but the hotel section is pretty due for a renovation. the views from the Oceanside rooms are absolutely incredible

Great setting by the sea and nice pool area. The staff worked hard to make sure people were OK. Sea view room was great. Nice to be able to swim from the hotel area with steps into the sea. Great for snorkeling. Also busy dive shop. The facilities of the suite were good with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony to watch the sunset. Hotel was very clean.

Initially booked a garden view room through booking.com however there is no garden at the hotel. Garden View rooms seem to be facing the road, which made it noisy, with a view of the greenery beyond the road. Worth changing to a sea view room. Balconies for some rooms were very small - not able to sit on the balcony. Furniture is very dated, and limited options for food (but it's not far into town - 30 minute walk or short taxi ride).

The staff at the reception very kind, Jesús and the lady at the counter were very kind to us, I highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant food menu too poor, however the attention from don Leonardo and the others guys was amazing.
