the location was AMAZING, literally jump off the rocks into the Caribbean sea. The water was turquoise and picturesque sunsets made the hotel location really beautiful. the pools were nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the view was spectacular from the balcony. the breakfast was good for a free breakfast.

if you want to be in town around the bars and restaurants then this isn’t a good place. it’s about 10 mins ride from town and need a scooter or car to get anywhere. the hotel is a little bit stuck in the 90’s and the toilet smelt a little.

The property was just the right combo of hip, funky, with many wonderful water activities like snorkeling and swimming out to a platform to play or relax on combined with many opportunities for relaxation in the pool and hot tub and loungy outdoor spaces.

The rooms were a bit shabby, sinking small double beds, broken tile in bathrooms and the very worst part was that you could get a room that smells like sewage in the worst way like we did, and had to spend a night in it till they had another room available for us to move into. We lost a fair amount of vacation time moving, talking with them in order to get it taken care of. We were not offered any type of compensation although we asked.

Friendly staff, wonderful service, lovely environment for family and couples. Snorkeling right from shore to the South. Delicious free breakfast along with lunch and dinner service at cost . Morning yoga. Entertainment one evening with a sax player during dinner. DJ during Friday happy hour with everyone enjoying the beats on the adult side pool. I will definitely return for all future visits. Environmentally friendly a plus. Shout out to Oscar and Jorge for taking care of us during our stay!

Everything was great...had an air con issue but promptly addressed.

The amenities and being able to snorkel right from the hotel was amazing. The pool areas were lovely. Breakfast was really great and the restaurant was also a great dinner option

Each room can handle only 2 guests or 2 adults and 1 child under 12 which booking.com didn’t acknowledge. The 2 beds in a room are full size and small so we had to pay for an additional room upon arrival which was frustrating. We have 2 teens in our family and although the room was large the beds couldn’t accommodate even 3 adults comfortably.

The place is absolutely fantastic!!! Service, sea view and hot jacuzzi in 2 meters under the sea water are impressed a lot! Nice restaurant, a lot of extra activities like renting kayak boat, snorkel equipment, massage, yoga classes in the morning, fresh juices all day… In hotel area there are a lot of places for making beautiful pictures and video! And finally lady on reception gave us 1 extra hour living, so we did check out at 1pm! Me and my husband enjoyed time here a lot! Will recommend this hotel to all my friends 100% and wanna come back very soon! 😍❤️👍👍👍

Everything was great!!!!!

We stayed in one of the rooms with a view. We were on the 4th floor and it was quite magical. The turquoise water below, the lovely gardens, and the sunsets. I would definitely stay again. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the fish swim near the lights in the tiny lagoon. Some reviewers didn't like that there is no sandy beach access, personally we loved jumping in at the rocks and swimming to the platform off the coast.

Restaurant and pricing at the restaurant were high for the area, but you are sort of 'trapped' at the hotel unless you take a cab into town. Still worth the view and would stay again. The food was good, but not great and the options are more limited. Alternative, and vegan food options were available.

- Right at the sea - Room with great sea view - Daily varying breakfast buffet - Sea good for snorkeling - Calm area for adults only - Great location with the infinity pool, the direct sea access, the artificial island/platform in front of the hotel. All in all it was all really great to relax and chill out at the hotel B. We went to Cozumel for the last 3 days after a ~10 days road trip across the Yucatan peninsula. Highly recommended!

- The restaurant at the location for dinner is not really great (food-wise) and also overpriced - Breakfast stuff partially very slow - The receptionist said we would not see anything when snorkeling in front of the hotel but it was cool to see some different fishes - For tours, different receptionists gave different info on price for snorkeling tours to the island's best spots :-)

Every room has an ocean view, and the bed faces the patio with wall to wall glass doors, so you get the ocean view all the time. Walking out on the deck you get a view of the various beach and pool areas at a glance. The hotel even has a tiny cove to protect from the waves if you want to start your snorkeling there. There was entertainment every night in the dining and outdoor patio area, from a sax player to a dj. While there is no sandy beach, there are various paths down to the ocean to snorkel, with a good variety of fish. A couple nurse sharks even showed up one night to play with the underwater lighting and entertain onlookers. Lots of places to lounge or sit under a cabana. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is included, but the menu as pretty sparse. More variety, and more of a breakfast meal than what appeared to be leftovers from supper. Bathroom floor had hair from previous guest still on it. No microwave or mini fridge but they would accommodate with buckets of ice if you asked. Only one facecloth and towel.

Great hotel! 5min by car/taxi from ferry port and Cozumel downtown. Incredible view to the sea from the open area of the reception which invites you to discover the rest of the hotel. Nice welcome from the reception team + 2 healthy juice offered and highly appreciated. We arrived earlier so our room was not yet ready but the hotel staff proposed us to use all the facilities (pool, restaurant, etc.). While waiting we discovered the restaurant with its high ceiling and nicely decorated. The hamburger was just fantastic. The pool/sea area is a great place to relax and the deck with its hammocks and wooden chairs is so beautiful. We did an excursion the next day which was proposed by Marco, his recommendations and follow-up were very professional. My husband had a massage with Reina and I had a manicure/pedicure with Itzel. We have been pampered and had a relaxing time. Thanks to their kind care. During the dinner with have been served by Jorge who has been super nice with us as well. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. All the rooms have sea view which is fabulous but it could be sometimes noisy due to the main road. I highly recommend Hotel B to anyone traveling to Cozumel. We are definitely coming back.

Maybe have some black tea (breakfast tea or other) as there are only green tea or camomile for breakfast

The people who work there are very friendly. Extremely gracious . They really made our stay memorable. I do not think that I ever passed a hotel employee without them greeting me with hola or good morning or good day. This friendliness means a lot to me . The pools , hot tub and ocean front area is amazing.

I so much wished for a refrigerator in the room . Staying for a week it would be invaluable. I would gladly trade a television for a refrigerator. Also the wifi internet service is spotty or unpredictable. I have already discussed the issue of the loud music from the wedding party with Pamela. Please forgive me if I have not got her name right. I am happy with the manner which we have settled my complaint . Thank you
