Excellent location, staff was helpful and kind, Silvia helped me order a taxi when I was on the other side of the island and had no way of getting back to the hotel. The room was quite and clean, and the little space in the front is cute, with the sitting area and hammocks.

I could barely see my face in the mirror, as it was positioned too high, and I'm 5'7, so definitely not short. I would prefer a full mirror, as there was enough space in the room. Sheets and bedding were made of fabric that was not natural, felt like plastic. For cleaning too much bleach was used - I'm very sensitive about the smell of it, but on the other side, the toilet was not cleaned properly.

The location is excellent, very short walk everywhere. A lot of restaurants nearby and so is the beach. It was also quite quiet, you could here noise but it most likely did not come from the neighborhood (probably due to Christmas). Our luggage was delayed for several days, but the staff was very helpful and informative when the luggage finally arrived, even though it was almost midnight. Communication with Mia was super easy and efficient.

The room is a bit worn out, but still the price, location and value makes it a pretty good stay.

The place is comfortable and clean. The people working there were very friendly and the woman at the reception gave me some tips that were actually pretty useful.

There's a restaurant/bar direct next to it, you can hear everything. Luckily is only open till 23:00 hrs, but the clients stayed cheering till almost midnight. And as I wrote above you can almost hear them as if they were with you in the room, that was very uncomfortable. I think they should also have single rooms or rooms for pairs, not just for 3-4 people.

room very comfy, air conditioning, all clean super helpful staff, one of the workers speaks perfect English and gives excellent advice they have a little bike rental service but the good bikes were always gone :) Pleasant cycle ride to the beach 7/ 11 around the corner and a larger supermarket + Starbucks and some other fast food / tacos under 5 mins walk

it would be nice to have the option of a light breakfast (coffee, fruit, cereal). otherwise no complaints

Very spacious room. Very nice and communicative staff online. The room had AC. Nice and central location. I was alone but if there would be three of us in the room, it would be very affordable.

No curtain in the shower if I recall correctly. Took me some time till I learnt how to lock the doors. Staff needs a small improvement with their English. There was music coming from the bar right next to the accommodation.

The friendliness of the staff was amazing. The room are huge and you even get a hammock in the room. The fan and airco and TV work perfectly. Warm showers and so close to the main square yet really quiet. Also the restaurant right next door is tasty and handy

Couple of small ants in the room. After heavy rain unpleasant smells from the bathroom. But those were small things. The stay was very pleasant

Very accomodating staff and the aircon was great! shower was a bit hit and miss but not a big deal. the restaurant next door does 2 for 1 margaritas and the best pork and octopus tacos!!! (little pricey but worth it!)

the doors have glass at the top meaning people walking past could see in the room.

you need to find out which of the 2 wifis fits your room but when i had the right one it worked perfectly

The location is good and the staff is very nice. The room was big and comfortable and there is hot water in the shower (which is not obvious in this island)

The sheets are pretty thin and not fit well to.the bed, so when you sleep it all gets messed up
