Lovely receptionist who assisted me with getting my luggage into the room. I stayed in the accessible room which was next to the reception area with mobility car parking right next to the entrance. The room was clean and spacious with large windows that let in lots of natural light and fresh air. Nice comfy bed. Loved the leather armchair. Excellent accessible and modern bathroom. Good laundry facilities. Great wi-fi. Lots of dining options close by. Close to northern motorway.

As a family of 4 we absolutely love the location..it has eateries and supermarkets. Movies and everything you possibly need all around. The room was clean and comfy. I get claustrophobic so our room with a sliding door was absolutely perfect. Very accommodating. The staff were friendly and had good service. The spa bath was the saving grace after finding out the pool wasn't hot all year round. If you are a family who need somewhere relaxing , close to all amenities for the diverse needs of children lol then this place is definitely ideal for you. An added bonus is the vending machine onsite . It has a few goodies in jt which helped with miss 2 year old who wanted snacks .

Family of 4 we were drawn to this place as the advertisement said it was all year round hot pool, instantly we were sold. Only to find out that it wasn't.

Loved where our room was situated acces was in the basement or parking lot. This was great for us as a family to get our luggage to and from our room. Beds were super comfortable even the bed sofa and trudler bed. Very spacious for us and swimming pool access was just up the side of stairs behind our room. We enjoyed our stay.

Stay wise was great. We just noticed a few cleaning factors we were finding alot of hair on the carpet and some in the bathroom. Other than that our stay was great.

The motel was exceptionally clean. The room slightly 'tired' on the edges but kept very clean. Good facilities in the room for cooking and bathing and the spa bath was a nice additional touch. The beds were averagely comfortable, no complaints and plenty of sleeping space for a family of five albeit the room slightly on the small side for five. The transport links to the city were fabulous and we had a great stay.

We had no problems at the accommodation.

No breakfast provided but it was clean and met expectations. Would stay again & recommend.

Young receptionist could have been informed about the bus station 4mins away and known if there was a bus going direct from there to Eden Park for.our concert, especially as we were from Palmerston North and had never used Auckland Transport before. She was friendly though.

The room was very close to the entrance which made it easy for loading and unloading, especially as the I was having to do this on my own as we left without my husband. The room was spacious and had all we needed for the stay. The owner/manager was extremely accommodating. The location was great for eating places and furniture stores. Very close also to the Southern Cross hospital. I would happily stay here again.

Nothing. There was one minor issue with a light not working and as soon as I asked for this to be rectified, it was done :-)

The ranch slider wldnt open unless u opened the window, not an issue, was more worried bout breaking sonething. I informed staff. Spa wldnt work, kept tripping out so had a lovely bath instead, once the lovely people got me a plug that fit.

Our room wasn't as requested and we had to wait longer for that to be rectified, apparently the motel did not receive the correct instructions when I booked. There wasn't enough tea sachets for two big tea drinkers No soap for hand washing or showers, two shampoos but no soap There was grunge in the sink drain Was very noisy on the bottom floor

There was great underground parking for my motorcycle. Unfortunately the door to the lifts was locked when I left at 6.00 so I had to carry my luggage around the long way. The position was good for my needs. The room spacious and clean

The spa bath /shower had non slip plugs all over the floor which were uncomfortable when stood on in the shower . I didn’t have a bath but I would imagine that would be even worse.
