Super friendly & happy staff. Great room. We had a cabin with shared facilities. The cabin was extremely clean, bed good (firm). Quality sheets & towels. Cabins are not connecting, which was excellent as no noise & they must be well soundproofed as very little noise overnight & morning. Good shower & toilet facilities very close by. Would absolutely stay here again.

There was nothing that we disliked.

The bed was comfy, the kitchen was clean, and the location was nice - really close to the waterfront.

The kitchen wasn't equipped. I'm used to hostels where if they say there's a kitchen, it means there are pots, pans, plates, and cutlery! Here you have to pay a big $50 deposit (refundable) plus an extra $5 per day for your kitchen box. If somewhere advertises a kitchen, then the basics should be included into the price. The deposit is okay, but I think the charge is cheeky.

I loved the bunkbeds and cozy feel of the cabin. There was enough space at the in-room table for a game of cards or a shared meal. The bathrooms were clean, and the property was only steps away from the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The wifi was limited and some ants found our cookies, so definitely store any sweet food in your car or in the refrigerator provided. There was a small but reasonable fee for kitchen tools.

Loved the location, the shop had the best coffee in town, friendly helpful staff and staying in the off season ment it was really quiet.

Bathroom fan was abit useless, after showers every night the bathroom walls and ceiling were dripping with condensation despite having the window open, could see areas where the moisture was causing damage.

Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Location was awesome. Kai places around were also great. Showers were hot. It was clean.

We found hair on our bed linen and blankets when we first arrived. We remedied this ourselves by sleeping on one bunk bed and layering the sheets. It was no skin off our nose in the end but we lnow that if it was our responsibility than we’d like to address it. A double bed option for 2 people (couples) would be nice instead of just the bunks or double bed+bunks. Compost facility would be great too

The car parking space right in front of the cabin. We also liked the adjustable lighting, the bench/table and chairs, the hooks and towel rail, plenty of room and storage space, the large north facing windows, the pleasant decor, the friendly and helpful reception and cleaning staff. We especially appreciated the arrangements made for our late arrival.

Perfect location right by beautiful beach for kayak, water taxi, swim etc. Quiet and clean, great facilities.

FYI you need to bring your own pans/crockery to use for self catering, or pay to hire some - unfortunately wasn't mentioned on booking.com listing so we had to pay unexpected extra hire fee (good equip in the boxes given though), although we saw after it is noted on their own website.

No air conditioning or fan provided !! . This small cabin became UNBELIEVABLY hot in middle of summer . Top bunk unable to sleep on as a result . Needed door to car park open all night to obtain any sort of minimal airflow Loud music from The pub opposite until midnight .

Basic but very functional cabins with everything we needed. Very well situated right on the beach with good local amenities such as pizza restaurant and shop

We had 2 cars (we were a group) and could only take one car in. The campsite was not full at all so this seemed a little unnecessary

The cabin was unexpectedly roomy, with luggage space & a desk area, was a great bonus having a good sized fridge/freezer too. Amazing location & great facilities, with a cafe, restaurant & well stocked store, right on the doorstep.

The inconsiderate people running their generator each night!
