Beautiful setting! Loved feeling like we were up in the treetop. Friendly reception staff. Large comfortable room. Yummy breakfast with great views.

We had a room located above us, and we could hear everything from them walking around to using the bathroom. We wanted to sit out on our deck, however with the upstairs guests using their deck, they were right above us so felt awkward.

- Great location, 10 minute walk into Kaiteriteri, a great base to explore from too - Immaculate rooms, great kitchen, furniture, everything was clean and spotless - Suite was spacious too - Balcony and view were amazing, spa bath in the room was awesome, enjoying sunset and the stars - Continental breakfast was on point, the food/drinks on offer whilst limited to vegetarian options other than eggs, were all delicious and of good quality

- I’d suggest they put in bug screens in all the windows that can be opened - If you left the windows open you’d get eaten alive, so I had to keep them closed and use the aircon - first world problems though - Some more food options for Brekky, for us protein needy meat eaters would be great, for the price

We received a warm welcome on arrival by the very friendly staff. Tomoka was especially helpful with my requests. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had a delicious dinner on the one night the restaurant was open during our 4 nights stay. Our villa was beautiful with the most incredible view of Kaiteriteri. The spa and sauna and pool facilities were excellent. The resort is in a very beautiful location with the villas situated on the hillside with plenty of privacy. Kimi Ora Eco Resort is a unique and wonderfully relaxing place to stay.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

A beautiful place to stay surrounded by bush and with stunning views out to sea. The staff are friendly, welcoming and kind, and seem to be happy in their work The pools are clean and in a lovely setting. Breakfast is a selection of cereals, bircher muesli, fruit salad, toast and spreads, yoghurt, hot croissants, cheese, boiled eggs, coffee and a selection of teas. Our motel was a studio. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The kitchen area was tiny for our 5 day stay but we've stayed before and knew what to expect. We had a wonderful, relaxing time.

Lovely studio overlooking beautiful scenery down to the sea. Located 15 mins walk from Kaiterteri which was a perfect walk through greenery and water. Facilities were great - laundry room/games room. Loved the little touches like hot water bottles in room. Pool area lovely. Had walks round the complex and even a fitness trail which was great fun. Staff very friendly.

Continental breakfast was limited. Would have been nice to have some hot food alternatives. Would have liked to have been able to buy drinks no bar as such

Good sized studio surrounded by trees, very relaxing. The vegetarian restaurant was delicious, we're not vegetarian but would definitely go back. The supplied breakfast had a good selection, our favorite was the bircher muesli, delicious flaky croissant and homemade style nut butters. The pool was very clean and nice for an afternoon of relaxing. Nice to have walking tracks right outside your door.

No arm chairs or relaxing seats to sit on in the studio, was arm chairs on the deck but it been raining so they were wet. Steam room was out of order which was a shame as it was one of the reasons we had stayed here.

Unit was comfortable with an outdoor patio with great view of Kaiteriteri beach with all day sun. Plenty of space in bathroom and bedroom and close access to pool/spa/etc. Close parking made lightwork of carrying belongings etc. Breakfast was very good with variety for cereal / toast / croissants. Spacious restaurant with outdoor seating options. For my purpose it was close to where my family were camping and I could visit there easily.

Not much. Perhaps a few less cobwebs around the outside of some windows near dining area in unit -

From what I saw on the booking site I wad very confident that I would like the property. That turned out to be an understatement it was excellent. The accommodation was large in a beautiful location that overlooked the Kaiteriteri beach. That there was a swimming pool (indoor and out), hot tubs and the breakfast was excellent was icing on the cake. I highly recommend in fact youd be mad to stay anywhere else.

So many things, the top one was the view- just incredible. The beds were comfy and the room well set up with all your needs. We ate at the restaurant three nights and were so happy with the delicious food each time. We also had healing massages, they knew their work and we felt relaxed after our time. The warm pool is lovely to swim in and both saunas were also nice along with the hot tubs. Because it was off season we feel we really got the run of the place. It is the best place for a jumping off point for hiking through Abel Tasman. One day we drove 20 minutes to the start of the trail and hiked out for a few hours. Another day we went by Ferry and hiked in a new area. One of the most beautiful hikes we’d ever taken.

Exceptional resort with lots of activities within the resort itself. We went on the glow worm walk and it did not disappoint. Great views, comfy and cozy rooms. They were very understanding when we had to cancel the spa treatment cause of sickness. The veg restaurant is amazing. Very friendly staff.

Toilet does not have an extractor fan which makes it a bit muggy. There was a bit of black mould on the door architraves. Very limited in room entertainment They knew I was sick and yet stuck to rules and did not give me paracetamol nor offer to get some for us. It is quite a remote place so we just had to try to sleep off the sickness which was hard.
