Our room was big and beautiful and all redone! We had a balcony with fabulous views of mountains, fjord, pool and lawn. The bathroom was very large and clean. There was plenty of seating in the room. The hotel was convenient to everything we needed - the waterfront, restaurants, the little mall etc. The breakfast was good.

There was no fridge in the room or safe. We had a fabulous room, but saw that some rooms are tiny. There was plenty of parking but the spaces are narrow.

Fantastic view of the fjord from our room and its balcony, as well as from the dining room and the garden. Very helpful staff. Coffee and a nice breakfast bag when we had to leave at 6.30 AM. Great location as a base for excursions in the area. We went there by bus with some delays and changes, but would recommend the Norled ferry through the fjord, which we used from Sogndal to Bergen.

We would have liked to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked.

Loved this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the common areas were adorable. I loved that our room walked straight out onto a grassy area for the dogs. The view was great. Fun jumping into the fjord. Wish we had more time to try out the boats. This was a quick overnight stay but I wish it had been longer.

It was very expensive. The room itself was quite small and a little outdated.

Comfortable and warm family run hotel. Owner sometimes tends bar and reception and is very friendly and made us feel welcome. Lovely lounge area to relax between excursions.

Rooms and furnishings are a little dated and don’t all go together that well (in contrast to the lounge). A bit quirky, but don’t expect luxurious :)

Stunningly beautiful location, staff that were extremely kind and helpful, comfortable room and great breakfast. Reasonably priced. Walking distance to town. Free parking and WiFi.

Nothing really. We aren’t fans of the two twin beds pushed together that the Europeans seem to love, but otherwise it was an outstanding place to stay. Our favorite hotel of the trip.

Great location and view, both Molden and the Nigardsbreen glacier are easily accessible. The hotel has good facilities and lots of parking. Good breakfast.

Even though there is EV charging on-site which is very convenient, the electricity rate is 3x higher than what you get elsewhere. The room is quite small and the shower even more so - very difficult to get in.

Historic hotel in a convenient location. Clean and quiet room. Attractive lounge area overlooks the fjord. Ample breakfast buffet.

There was no dinner service, however the staff gave good suggestions for restaurants within a short walk.
