A very nice modern hotel in the heart of Stryn. As we drive an electric car, it was very nice to see not one, but several charging stations. We charged our car overnight (Has to be paid separately for a relatively low price) and enjoyed Stryn and its quaint small town charm. We did not have dinner here, but it sounded really good, even offering vegetarian options. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and had a large variety of options.

Room with Balcony: cleanliness was not as expected. I found room dirty with some medicine on floor under the bed side. Be careful - don't take middle room, reception give me in middle there is big tree outside which close the nice river view also first room is very close to hotel restaurant with zero privacy and all people sitting in restaurant can see you room 207

arrived at the hotel early. the receptionist was on the phone. I was the only person there and I was standing right in front of her. The receptionist just kept on talking on the phone for around 15 minutes without once even making eye contact or any effort to acknowledge my presence. eventually I just walked out and left my car in the parking and walked into the town for some lunch. when I returned there was a different person at the reception and things progressed as normal. perhaps the hotel should consider providing better customer service training to some of it’s staff

Breakfast was great, they even offered a plate when i had to work before breakfast time. Dinner was also great. Very friendly staff. They also speak many languages

No laundry service, limited tv channels, mattresses not very comfortable. My first room had a shelf over the sink made ot difficult to brush teeth.

Hotel is situated perfectly with a jaw dropping backdrop. The breakfast and Dinner options are also good.

They really lack a lot of basic in-room facilities. We booked 2 rooms and neither of them had a kettle to boil water or a phone to call reception. We had to look up their number on Internet and them give them a call. One of the rooms didn’t have a dustbin too.

The breakfast was good and the location of hotel was excellent. Overall a good choice for a brief stay.

Staff in front desk could use more training to answer routine questions from guests. The shower edge was too high and getting in/out of shower with toilet so close to shower was very difficult.

Great location, right in front of the town centre. Big spacious room.

No elevator. Too expensive for what you get. The key card to our room stopped working twice in two days, each time we had to go downstairs to reception for them to reactivate it. The hotel cleaning staff leave all the doors of all the empty rooms open while cleaning, making it very uncomfortable to walk in the hallway. 🤷‍♂️

Very very comfortable bed, great shower. Easy to find, close to Public Glacier bus station and grocery store. Buffet dinner was delicious, as was the included breakfast. Very quiet, loved our stay there

Given a room in the non renovated section where floor is made of old wood and bathroom with a bathtub that has gaps in the surrounding allowing water to go in between while showering so the the floor becomes wet

Overlooking a lovely lake and is located within a short walk from the city center. Good breakfast.

If your room is on the left side, your view will be the parking lot and an industrial building.
