You can't have a better lococation at this price. Great b-fast, food delicious as always and plenty.

Everything was really good. However, if you have room available upon early arrival, why don't you just allocate the guest. I had to go out for 45 minutes walking around so I could be checked in free of charge. This is the only aspect of the hotel I didn't like.

This hotel is located on the Dluga Street---the Main Street in the old town--- and we had the most beautiful view out of our windows. The bathroom was lovely and the room had electrical and USB connections at the nightstands. The breakfast room was clean and well maintained; food was delicious with egg choices and fresh baked goods and breakfast meats; Several coffee machines for guests use to make cappuccino, latte, etc. Location was convenient to restaurants, historical sites and bars; Hotel has a lovely Italian restaurant with delicious food

Took a while for the hot water to come on in the shower.

Very clean - beds comfortable and room spacious. Breakfast lots of choice and good coffee - never too busy either. Very central location couldn’t be more closer to Main street. Could not hear other guests at night or in morning. Plenty of hot water and air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Soft drinks free from mini bar and refilled daily with water and apple juice and also had water refill station by lift - good for when weather hot.

Quite a few items at breakfast not refilled very frequently e.g; only 2 of 4 breakfasts were croissants available and had to wait a while for eggs. Orange juice not fresh - some bright orange concoction which wasn’t great. Shower head needed a good descale as whilst fairly powerful it trickled all down the bottom of the head where it connects with hose. Husband found pillows a bit too soft. Staff polite but upon check in didn’t tell us any information about area or advise where to go. Also did not ask us how our stay was on check out. Not hotels fault but we were woken up every morning by dustmen emptying bins at 6.15 am - due to room being on first floor overlooking courtyard area.

Lovely property and the rooms were really comfortable, great location I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel as right off the Main Street with a great choice of bars and restaurants the hotel breakfast has everything you would want great start to the day. If you are thinking of going to Gdansk the weekends are busy and you may want to book restaurants. If you want to see the city book a golf buggy tour early so you can get to known your surroundings.

The only negative about the hotel is the bar is very small, but even so not enough to moan they do have a room off you can use your sit.

Great location - you are literally above the main Old City square. One item to note: Uber or/and Bolt can't get you to the hotels entrance ("Old Town locked area for most of transport) only Taxi can. With Uber - you are to walk up to 100-150 m to the hotel's door, just be aware. This "inconvenience" is overwritten by hotel's location and its condition: great hotel.

You can not fault this hotel. If you are in two minds whether to go for the breakfast option, take my advice it's fantastic. Beautiful breakfast room,outstanding selection of quality food which is constantly being replenished. Rooms are beautiful. I have stayed here twice,the second time in a superior twin overlooking Dlugi Targ and I would pick this again if available. A Little bit of extra space in room, fantastic view. Staff are very professional and friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean.

My only comment would be no safe in the room, you have to use the boxes in reception.

Excellent location, modern hotel. Hotel TV guide channel and excellent reception. Free mini bar offers water daily. Brilliant breakfast selection 👌 and great coffee. Shower had good water pressure and the occasional chimes from the local church added to the atmosphere. Wifi excellent.

Location is PERFECT. I think that it is the hotel with the best location in Gdansk. I really can recommend a room with a view, really worth it. The windows are big and you can sit by them and look at Dlugi Targ. It is so special. Besides, one morning during our stay it was snowing so it was such a good experience. Also, it is perfectly clean. Everything is beautiful, it really looks luxurious and it is comfort.

I think that the breakfast is overpriced a little bit and you can't drink coffee in restaurant on the top with a view, just if you want breakfast. You can drink coffee in hall without view. Also, in the bathroom we could smell sewage, but I think it is probably beacuse it is in old town. Overall I really can recommend you this hotel if you are staying in Gdansk.

Placed beautifully in the old part of Gdansk this hotel really delivered well on everything. Friendly staff in the reception, really clean rooms, comfortable beds, good size rooms, free water& juice in the minibar, good breakfast. Many bars&restaurants in the old part of Gdansk, perfect area to move around by foot. Only minus was if walking outside late night a lot of people approach You to try to lure You into establishments where You do not want to go.. Our friendly receptionist agreed that we made a good decision by having a beer in the hotel bar instead of an "adult establishment" :-)

The breakfast was superb. the wide variety of choice, everything from dessert to snacks to full nutritious breakfast. The location was also very good, right in the heart of the city. The hotel was nice and well-decorated. The bathroom was very big and comfortable.

The service could have been better. We pre-ordered a taxi, since we arrived late at night with a kid, but it was nowhere to be seen at the airport (we arrived on time). we called the property they said they would sort it out.. then called again, they said taxi must be on its way, but it was already too late so we said we would take one on our own, and had to pay 30 zloti more for a taxi parked by the airport. So that was not a very nice start of our journey. As for the room cleanliness: also, a little setback here, noticed small bugs on the floor several times.
