The location is 5 minutes walk from the train station Kraków Glowny. There’s a Źabka Store right under, many restaurants and everything you need. The view from the apartment was extraordinary, with a small balcony to make it even better. Overall the best apartment I have been in yet.

The preassure from shower head was not as powerful, but it won’t stop you from showering.

It's indicated in booking.com description that the room has a private bathroom. It kind of does. But one needs to cross a small kitchen in between. Some travelers came late after midnight, they also crossed the same kitchen and were loud enough to wake me up. Thus the sound isolation isn't too good.

The room was spacious, equipped with a coffee machine and a variety of coffee and tea, all of which tasted excellent. The fridge was also in good working condition. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city center. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Since the main bus and train station is only 14 minutes away, we asked the reception if we could leave our luggage at the hotel. They provided a secure room with a password, allowing us to store and retrieve our luggage at our convenience, which was fantastic.

The bathroom could benefit from better soap and higher-quality towels. Additionally, some items in the room had an old smell, and the cups inside the room were dusty.

The apartment was really nice! Good support from manager on reception. I don't remember when I saw last time very good equipped apartment. Washing powder for washing machine. Tablet for dishwasher. About coffee, tea, sugar I don't want even to say. Even electric grill I found there. My respect for owner (management). The arrangement is perfect. Old town. 7-8 minutes by walking to main railway and bus station. For me price for that kind of studio (very big) was really good. And thanks for discount in application. I absolutely loved this place. It's located in a charming old building, yet the rooms are modern and stylish. The value for money is great, considering how comfortable it is! We only stayed for one night in Krakow, but the room had everything needed for a longer stay: a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with microwave and coffee maker (tea and coffee were also provided), and a spacious bathroom with a washing machine. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station and close to the old city, which is very convenient for travelers and city explorers. There is also luggage storage in place. The reception agents were extremely helpful and ready to provide travelers with advice and recommendations.

I loved my stay. I just have one small suggestion: the hairdryer in my room was travel size and took quite a while to dry long hair. It would be great to have a more powerful one.

Amazing location really close to main square but not a busy street. Really close to big shopping centre and train station. Food store next door is a big bonus.

The beds could use a mattress update

Apartment was very spacious, clean, comfy beds & an Excellent location within walking distance over the road to the Old town & Market square, Castle, Jewish quarter. A wonderful atmosphere & very clean place. There was also a very large modern Galerie shopping centre nearby to the Aparthotel. We booked 2 trips on Get your guide app before we arrived. To Auschwitz with Royal Cracow & Zacopane with Cracow Top Tours & both with hotel pickup/dropoff, just outside Aparthotel & just around the corner by the Mercure hotel. Transport was great in modern air conditioned coach & minibus. I highly reccommend both of these tours. We should have booked the Salt mines trip together with the Auschwitz trip. So didnt have spare time to go there. Food & drinks were very reasonably priced, average meal starting at 55pln pizzas 16pln white wine & same for larger. Snacks were cheaper. Lots of food choices & beautiful icecream/desserts. We booked a standard taxi from & back to the airport on booking.com app, highly recommend this. Excellent service. 3 days wasnt enough for our stay. We would definately return, such a beautiful place, full of culture & friendly locals.

Not air condioned in Aparthotel But dont let this stop you from booking here, as 2 excellent fans were provided which solved the problem. The horses in the square had no shelter from the sun. They looked well fed & healthy though. Was told by a local who,s friend worked at one of the companies that the horses work a day, then rest the next day etc.

The location is excellent near the train station and the old towns main gate. My room was ready by 11:00 a.m. there is luggage storage. The room had a large king bed and sofa that was very comfortable. It also provided coffee, tea and creamer for and electric kettle. The receptionist was very welcoming. My only issue is that there is a noise, like a pump that runs after you use the toilet. And while you're taking a shower. You also hear the pump when a person in another room uses the toilet. It only lasts a brief time but it is loud and intrusive. Given the price of the room, I could easy overlook this one issue. Good value overall.

The apartment was nice and clean. It was very spacious and a nice balcony to sit if we wanted. It had some fun colored lights in one of the bedrooms. It had laundry, a tea kettle with coffee and teas, soap for the laundry, etc. It was quiet and nice and a good place to decompress for a bit while my friend ran around the city. Also it was very convenient to the train and bus stations and a lot of things we wanted to see and do. The person there gave us some nice recommendations. There was also a zabka outside the main door of the apartment.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.
