This is not the first time I have rented this hostel. The price-quality ratio is ideal. The rooms are very simply furnished, but have everything you need: clean bedding, towels, a comfortable bed and a wardrobe. Toilets and showers are shared, but there are enough of them there, so there are no problems “brush your teeth in the morning.” In the center for such a price and with such conditions you cannot find a better place.

This time the door handle in my room was broken. And you need to know that there are thin walls. If you don't sleep well, and someone snores in the next room, you will hear it.

1. lack of slippers 2. the room is very small, 2 twin beds are 30cm apart. 3. It is impossible to correspond with the staff - no one responds to messages. I consider this point to be the main disadvantage, as there were questions about accommodation. But I did not get any answers to these questions during my stay....

It was a really convenient location, the staff was pleasant and the owner picked up the call on the first try. Kitchen well equipped, despite of the amount of rooms, there was never an issue of missing utensils z A good value for money.

Because of the location it was unfortunately rather loud at night and early morning. Also, the cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired, however it is to a degree understandable with the amount of guests.

This hostel has really great location in the centre of the city and it is very close to the railway station (about 8-10 minutes). A big plus is cozy rooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything except at least one corkscrew. So for us, girls, it was a little challenge to open the bottle of wine in our last evening there. But that’s okay. Wi-Fi worked super. There were even some snacks from the stuff in the kitchen. So nice:) And one important thing is that the hostel has many doors for opening but you don’t have to use many keys. There’s only one key to your exactly room. All other doors have electronic code door locks.

Excellent location within a short walk to the railway station/mall and the market square. With a communal area that had facilities for cooking meals and making hot drinks. The bonus is having a lift to the third floor where the rooms are located which is rare for krakow. This is the third time I've stayed here and would book again in future .

Squeaky beds that are noisy every time you move.

Good location about one kilometer walk from main train & bus station. Opposite Old Town. Self check in with elevator to third floor. Many toilets and showers. Well equipped & clean kitchen including washing machine. Overall a good place to explore Krakow.

Beds were soft & not good for our backs.

Very close to the old town of Krakow and many public transportation, room was clean and the amenities more than sufficient for a short/mid term stay, overall very value for the money. Would return in a next trip to Krakow.

The floor squeaked a lot so if you get up during the night you will probably wake up the other person in the room.

Location is very good: near the train/bus station and Rynek Square. There are supermarkets around and a market. The complex has a full kitchen with utensils and a dinning room/social area. The room has good size, with a table and a chair in addition to the bed. There are 3 showers and 3 toilets. Washing machine and rack.

Great location, really close to the main station. Fine kitchen though missing a lot of tools. Nice room with fluffy duvet.

Not the best staff. We had trouble getting past the second door, it simply was jammed. We texted the staff members within the check-in time, but never received and answer, not the following days either.

Great value for money: quite cosy, good location, easily accessible.

Walls between rooms are pretty thin, therefore you can hear every scratch made by your neighbors. Also, some basic products, like sunflower oil, could be added to the kitchen. Guests wouldn’t use a lot of it and it would make things so much more convenient.
