Location is great, both for arriving from the airport (subway station at walking distance and almost flat) and for exploring the city by foot everyday. The room was the perfect size, as was the bed.

The towels were really old and had seen better days, and they only gave us two body towels and a floor mat which I find insufficient for two people. The pillows were scarce too and very thin. There is a lot of noise from the street but that is to be expected with the location and having a room that faces the street. But keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. The shower holder was broken. If you have thick or lots of hair don’t expect that hairdryer to do anything for you, it’s pretty weak.

We loved the location plus the positive and helpful attitude of all staff members. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size. It had all the main facilities we required: - a safe, lift, fridge and a window that opens. The Arsenal Suites even offer breakfast but it's on the sweet side, so we decided to eat elsewhere.

Airconditioning - we couldn't control the temperature. If you adjust the temp the cooling ceased immediately and gradually became hot. We found out on our last day that the main controls were from the office.

The location is great and the rooms are big enough, there are options of quieter rooms as well but then they are a bit darker and with a damp smell. some of the girls at the reception are very friendly and nice, quite helpful

Wifi connection almost inexistent, maybe it was the location of my room but it was impossible to get connected or use it for almost the entirety of my stay, and even phone reception was bad so I had to count sheep to fall asleep. Quality of sheets, towels, etc - they are very old, ripped in some places or even stained. It felt clean but it's not easy to sleep on a pillow with several black stains on it.

The hotel is perfect. I arrived as a single passenger. I booked their smallest room of 15 square meters, and it is huge for a single person. (Also can be for a couple) by the way. The lovely receptionist helped me with everything. The room is clean, the hotel is clean, the location is really good full of things to do around. There is hot water in the shower and the water pressure is Excellent. There is a safe, hairdryer, kettle, fridge. No conditioner and shampoo but it was ok because I brought my own. The area is very quiet, so you can sleep comfortably. There is an elevator to get to the rooms. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. The hotel is in a really good location because it is by the sea. It is right near the pink street. It is right on a main tram line. But it is also really quiet at night, there are no cars driving and honking. And there are no street performers playing in the middle of the night.

Very helpful staff, central location. Despite the message I received from the hotel, that it has limited accessibility by car, taxi dropped me right at the entrance.

All rooms have twin beds with a very basic beddings and blankets from 90's. Breakfast didn't taste well, same selection every day, products itself (ham, scumble) don't taste that good, bread is amazing though. It's better to book the room without breakfast and try it out, many better breakfast options in the cafes outside.

The room was ideal with the right facilities. It was cleaned daily too. We were situated on the 1st floor at the front. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of several popular areas 15-20 mins

Being in the 1st floor it was a little noisy with traffic and people passing by. The shower could have been bigger as there is lots of room available.

Everything was just amazing and the location is perfect. This is the best location if you are traveling with a toddler and a baby stroller. You are just 300m from pink street and 200m from main street in Lisbon and river. Everything is flat so you and your toddler can easily walk. We got a free room upgrade, so we were more than happy from the first second we got our room. They provided us a baby cot and we had enough space in our room so that our toddler can play and run. Everything was clean, they cleaned our room everyday and the beds were comfy. If we come back to Lisbon, we will definitely book this hotel again.

We could hear people on the hallway coming back at their room and people walking in the room above us, but it was just a few times so it didnt bother us.

My only real problem was extremely increased price through Booking, I would pay half the price if I have booked directly. Rip off.

I am happy with the hotel and will return. The walls are thin and you can hear "a lot", but I was prepared for that since it was mentioned in many comments. Neighborhood is busy but windows work well, they kill most of the noise. AC was working well, there were some complaints by others here about that. Don't expect thrills. This is a no thrill, clean, small hotel at the great location. If you are in Lisbon to spend least possible time in the room go for it.
