Immaculate hotel in a quiet and calm area. There are airliners that pass by quite often but it is not heard well from the inside, almost not noticable from the room at all. I actually enjoyed watching the planes fly by from the outside as it is quite majestic. Breakfast was great, they have everything you'd expect and a little more. Staff was kind and very professional. Room was super clean and very spacious with all facilities working correctly and readily available. Spa and gym included, we tried both and while they are not very big facilities, it was great to start your day after a nice workout and then relax in the jacuzzi. There is a grocery store just around the corner, a do-it-yourself-laundrymat even closer if you're staying for longer (and want to save some money)

I can't think of any real complaints to be honest. I suppose the location is a bit boring within itself but that's what makes the area so calm. No rowdyness at night, no nightlife to be heard when you're trying to sleep.

Fitness Center was the attraction point for me and the reason for booking in this hotel. And i am happy that it fulfilled my expectations completely. Large and climated training room, high quality (TECHNOGYM) machines and tools. Special thanks for that ! Breakfast was also very nice and various.

There were several things which can be improved: -We stayed 5 nights in total and coffee tablets in the room have been renewed only 1 time (on last day). I think they should be renewed during every cleaning cycle. -Coffee in the breakfast can be offered more often or better to put a coffee machine for self service. I would not want to beg for my coffee in the breakfast. -Hotel has a very nice bar, but beer was so expensive. Frankly speaking i have never paid 8,25 EUR for one glass of beer anywhere in europe. -Maybe some olives would be nice in the breakfast. -Room cards were breaking down often. I think i had to visit reception 4 times for that in total.

perfect design & environment ,cleanness, spacious room, perfect breakfast!

there was €50 per night security deposit that I was not informed about when booked the room! although they made me a favor and charged me only €100 for the whole stay but I still have to wait 7 working days for it to get refunded. the reception people could be more friendly (except the lady wearing glasses in reception who I enjoyed her service always treating all perfectly with her smile)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lisbon! The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a stylish and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were excellent, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure that everything was perfect. The location is also great, very close to the metro station, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and would definitely stay here again!

The bar was very nice, and the attendant were friendly. The lobby was bright and welcoming and provided good vibe. They have fast elevators which is a plus. Hotel was clean and tidy.

The staff could be friendlier and more polite. They should work on being more welcoming to guests and provide free water to the rooms every day. At breakfast, the staff seemed a bit nervous because of the language barrier. There was no milk or cream for coffee in the room, and the coffee machine was hard to use. The room did not have slippers or a robe.

The breakfast was high quality and sufficient. Everything that needed to happen was there. The breakfast area was also comfortable and cozy. The bar and lobby were also very comfortable and high quality. Bar staff, reception and breakfast staff were also satisfactory. We felt very comfortable during our 6-day stay. By the way, we should not forget the spa facility. When I came to the hotel after a tiring trip, the massage in the spa center was also very nice. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was also very good. The place we will stay on our next trip to Lisbon is now clear.

Outstanding hotel. Rooms are very tidy, great location next to the parks. Close to Sete Rios station (metro + train). Breakfast is one of the bests I’ve seen around the world. Great amenities: spa, gym has everything. Bar is super cosy, the bartender has everything needed for a perfect night.

The opening time of the spa center was announced to be 7:30. They opened it at 8 after a call, but did not turn on the sauna. I left at 9 quite pissed off - the sauna was still cold

The staff are absolutely exceptional, reception was awesome. We traveled from New Zealand and everyone had great English, especially the staff at the reception, Reuben was the one who greeted us and helped with the check in, awesome manners and so helpful, lots of info about Lisboa. The hotel had everything, including access to a very well equipped and spacious gym, spa, sauna. The breakfast was superb, so much choice, very busy but always replenished. Room was cleaned everyday. Everything was handy and available and everyone did their best to secure a wonderful experience for our family. Highly recommend.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good although there were no fried eggs which I might have expected. The location is pretty good, although it is right on the flight path and there is a short walk to the Metro to travel into Lisbon proper. Staff are very friendly and efficient

No gym or pool but then again it was a very reasonable price

Exceptionally nice and helpful staff, starting with Reception, to restaurant / breakfast staff, to cleaning ladies. Every encounter was helpful, calm, kind and this was exceptional that every single person in the hotel was just perfect. One can expect same class and style in the most luxurious hotels. The breakfast area is exceptionally beautiful with the tropical garden in the back. Breakfast abundant with choices and staff ready to prepare probably anything you like if you ask. Restaurant available for lunch with Portuguese staples at quite reasonable prices. The rooms are comfortable and with good sound proofing.
