All went well .

Location is not very close to Haram as described.The location is fine for younger people.

The carpet wasn’t too clean, wasn’t enough water, tea and coffee plus the distance isn’t too close as I thought

The rooms were very spacious Kettle and tea in room Short distance to Kaaba about 10 minutes walk Rooms could pass off as a 5 star hotel from looks alone. Thhereeir were some minor repairs needed

Reception staff seem over worked Latest check in time I have ever seen in any hotel 4:30 in the evening

The room was clean and well-maintained, adding to a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety to choose from. Room service was prompt and courteous, making the experience even better. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

there was a connecting door to the neighboring room. It reduced the privacy, and unfortunately, my neighbor was smoking, which was bothersome. This impacted the overall experience.

First is the location near to Haram Second is the Car Parking Facility though it is paid parking Third the Lobby which is large and can handle large number of people. Fourth the Breakfast, it was excellent, the variety maintained is good. Fifth the staff, who were very cooperative.

Check-In time, if you can modify it to be 2 pm officially instead of 4 pm that will enhance the business. People want to check in after Dohar, cannot wait till 4 pm.

I particularly liked the Head Chef, Ahmad Zakariyah and the concierge Abdurauf. The chef cooks fantastically great. His food is amazing. I was waiting for a different chef who could scramble me an egg. When that chef took too long, Ahmad, the Head Chef, fixed the egg himself. That is what I call service. That was amazing. The Concierge, Abdurauf reminds me of a concierge in London. He has a great personality as well as a great demeanor. He should be training all the guys there as to how to deal with guests. The staff should only look at his body language. However, overall it's a great hotel. Looking forward to visiting again.

One rude person can ruin your stay. I asked one of the guys for tomato sauce. He answered in a very bad say. This is not good

Breakfast buffet was amazing, we stayed for 6 nights and everyday the variety of food was different. The location to Haram was a 15/20 minute walk but on a straight path so easy to locate and no hills to walk on.

As with all Saudi hotels, the wifi was very slow. i had to keep asking for housekeeping several times until they finally came. No ironing facilities in executive suite so again this had to be requested a few times until it finally arrived and I was allowed to keep for the remaining of my stay. Bathroom sometimes had a sewer type smell maybe due to the high quantity of people staying in Makkah.

The receiption team was excellent specially Fatma, all of them are very cooperative and friendly. The room is very comfort and the location is very close to Haram. Hotel is very clean everywhere. House keeping team is also cooperative and having high response at ny time

I do not have any complains during my stay, all things were excellent. Sometimes I should ask House keeping for clean the room, but this maybe due to my different time of stay at the room.

The receptionist had checked us early at 9 am upon free of charge our arrival with king size bes as per our request which is much appreciated. Hotel receiption always smell well ,room size and facilities are all good .

No plates / spoons /folks are available for rooms if requested . Breakfast is very normal /basic but i think it is ok for only 35 sar to be paid as same is better than outside hotelxcellent
