My stay at the hotel was good. The two rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Especially Irfan, one of the cleaners at the hotel, was very helpful. Every day, he provided great service. He made sure both rooms were always clean. His work was excellent, and he made sure everything was in perfect order. He was always available when we needed something, and he helped us with great care and attention. As for the location, it’s really good. It’s only a 12-minute walk from the Haram Mosque, and there’s no slope, just a straight line. There are plenty of restaurants, fast food places, shops, and supermarkets nearby as well.

I liked the hotel,everything was good. However, the bathrooms need to be changed. They’re really small and not comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Staff were very polite and useful. Facilities were good. Rooms even had air conditioning which is essential in the heat.

It is about a 10 minute walk from the masjid which can get tiring but along the way you go past a street full of stores so it's not that bad.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. 15 min to haram. Contains cool and calm Coffee space.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near Haram, which was a huge plus. The only minor issue was that the shower area was a bit small, but it didn’t detract much from the overall experience. A good choice for a comfortable and clean stay!

The hotel is nice and clean.All the stuff I met was friendly, specifically Mr Raza and Sakib. 10 minutes walking distance to haram.

The price was good. The hotel allowed us to check out late.

The staff didn't allow us to est our own food in the lobby or in the restaurant. One staff member said that we have to pay 5 riyal for each chair we sit in if we're bringing food from outside. They asked us to eat in our room. Where else can we gather as a family if not in their lobby or at their restaurant? The shower cubicle was very small. Apart from that the room was good. The location was okay for the price. It's a walking distance of about 15mins.

- Staff very cooperative. I arrived very late after checking-in hours, however, the receptionist happily meet me and made everything smooth for us. 👍👍 - Air conditioning working well, it was a concern point for ne after read in some reviews, but it was excellent 👌👌

- Cleaning staff need to be more organized regarding the time of doing the job. Cleaning should done between 10:00 and 12:00 not during the the day. - But they still also corporative, when I asked them to clean after while, they did it.
