It was clean and very close to the haram and Kabbah. So it made it very easy for my parents to access the mosque and pray.

The problem I had with hotel was on countless amount of times the WiFi was not available and they did nothing to help except to fob myself off with one excuse after another.

I recently stayed at Makkah Tower and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, offering easy access to Haram and food services in the area. The staff were also a highlight, being both friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience comfortable.

One of the tower in which we stayed had only a single elevator to commute, which caused long wait times, particularly during busy periods such as prayer times. This became quite inconvenient. I would strongly suggest the hotel consider installing additional elevators to improve guest convenience and reduce wait times.

Breakfast was very good. Me and my Wife enjoyed every morning the delicious breakfast. Location was ideal and close to haram.

We are having hard time to locate the Makkah Tower registration Office for check-in on our first day. The Office is located in the basement I believe it should be more visible to the public rather looking to find the Main Office consuming a lot of time. Once we were use to with the location it was easy to move around but for new people it will be pain in the neck to find the main Office to check in to your room specially when you are tired and travelling from United States long way to Makkah. That was challenging.

Location: One of the nearest properties to Masjid Al Haram. 1)The entry for Towers 1 and 2 is in front of Gate 79 (King Fahad Gate, the gate from where we go directly to Mataf for Umrah and female prayers areas in front of Kaaba Al Mashrafa, both at Mataf and at the ground level). The entry is from the Makkah Commercial Centre entry الشركة المكة التجاري،, so indeed, it is the best location at this rate. 2)The entry for Tower 3 is on the side, the walkway between the Makkah Towers and the Clock Towers. The Entry and Elevators: They are much better than the entry of most of the hotels in the clock towers, which were much more challenging when we stayed there last time. In Clock Towers, we got an elevator from the ground to the hotel lifts, which was actually a test of patience due to the rush and packed unsupervised elevators at almost all times. If you want to skip those lifts you need to take 5 consecutive escalators and reach the level of hotel elevators. In the Makkah Towers, most of the entries were much easier in comparison, saying it for my three times experiences staying there. (Towers 1 and 3) Rooms: This is one of the old-built but well-maintained properties. Our room does have a cute kitchenette ( an electrical stove top having 2 points and a water tap for dishwashing) which was a surprise to us as it was a very useful addition and not advertised in the room description. The room has a well-working refrigerator and all the usual facilities we get an iron+stand, a tea corner with accessories & a small electrical kettle, and towels/ toiletries. We took our own bathroom slippers which were helpful, the room has carpet-use slippers. Many of the bigger family rooms have few stairs which are mentioned while booking, we need to think about our possibilities and write them down about priority for non-stair / wheelchair accessible rooms if needed.

1- Makkah Towers doesn't have the room speakers fitted as some of the other hotels have, which makes it possible to hear the qira'a if you are delayed for prayer sometimes, you can join it from your room. 2- This is a comfortable property to stay in and reach quickly to Haram Al Makki, the staff, check-in, and all dealings were smooth, there is nothing really that we did not like. It is a good choice for wheelchair-accompanying families as there is no running road in between and security staff always help with ramp use.

The size of deluxe partial haram view room was awesome. We got 4 single beds + 2 sofas, 4 seater dining table, mini kitchennete, and still plenty of space for kids to play and run in the middle of the room. which is my favourite part. It looks very spacious compared to to some modern builts. Partial haram view was hardly a view but still feels nice due to haram lighting and salah. Everything was in neat & clean condition including bathroom. Room service was fine too. Tower 3 was in excellent location, just 1 set of lift going down and we can exit through the side doors beside albaik in couple minutes which is literally very close to haram. so overall very less walking and waiting. Breakfast buffet was very comfortable addition with children, plenty of food. Beware, it’s less price when you add it whilst booking online. They do charge half price for children 4+, so make sure you add them in your online or onsite booking. (online you got discounted price for adding breakfast). I would definitely stay here again if got competitive price.

The room seems and smells old, needed some upgrades and nice smelling sprays/ bukhoor. Less sunlight through windows blinds that couldn’t open. They charge for kids buffet Dinner buffet was very expensive compare to others. Bit expensive than others.

Very good location with ease of access to Haram and to a range of shops and restaurants meaning you are pretty much self sufficient within the hotel complex. Generally clean and in the main the staff were responsive and helpful, particularly the cleaner on our floor.

There were only 3 lifts. 1 was not working pretty much throughout our stay, another broke down towards the end leaving just 1 operational.

Location location location! Literally couldn’t have asked for a better place to be. Metres away from the haraam with plenty of amenities and food places situated close by. The cleaners Aminul Islam and MD Shawky where very helpful and well mannered during our stay both sharing there advice and tidying the room to a great standard. I’ve been twice before to Makkah and have had to wait around and then eventually be squashed in the lift to my floor but Makkah towers was smooth as ever. Literally had the lift to myself. WiFi was decent, stronger in the looby.

It is a bit dated in regards to a European/Western standard but it’s not off putting that I wouldn’t come back again.

The receptionist did not give us our room until around six in the evening, and we stayed for about 2 hrs and 30 min waiting for the room to be prepared, and this had never happened to us before anywhere.

My stay at Makkah towers was the best stay of all times, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. I've stayed at many hotels when visiting Makkah but Makkah towers is the best of all. I recommend it. From the moment we arrived, Bellman M. Faisal and Bellman Abu Saddiq greeted us warmly and handled our luggage with care and efficiency. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome right away. When we experienced a slight problem with our room allocation, Mr. Khalid Al Tawab and Ms. Barah Rambu stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They personally assisted us in finding the perfect room, addressing our preferences with great attention to detail. The process was smooth, and his proactive approach turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. The entire team's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. From their warm hospitality to their unwavering commitment to excellence, they made our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and exceptional service.

Everything was just fabulous. The location, the spacious room, and the facilities. It's very strategically located nearest to gate 79 which we use to perform Umrah. Plenty of food options available and there is another lift behind too that goes directly to mall and food court. Will definitely come again to visit this beautiful sacred place insha'Allah and my choice will be Makkah Towers for sure.

At times I felt that WiFi signals were weak and also that there should have been more than 3 lifts, also there was no microwave oven in the room which I realized I would have availed had I requested earlier via app. Nevertheless, these are petty things and overall it was a perfect place to stay at.
