My stay at Le Meridien Hotel in Makkah was truly memorable. The hotel’s excellent location, just a short walk from the holy Haram, makes it a prime choice for both pilgrims and tourists. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The rooms themselves are beautifully appointed, blending modern amenities with traditional elegance. The attentive and professional staff further enhanced the experience, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with a diverse range of options catering to various tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a generous selection of fresh and tasty dishes. In summary, Le Meridien Hotel in Makkah offers a luxurious stay with exceptional service and a prime location. I would rate it 9/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Housekeeping service was awesome. Mohammed Hassan is doing great to keep the room clean and was quite helping and soft spoken. Mohammed Albaghdadi at the reception was very helpful during checkout and giving good information to get around.

The hotel is just a short walk from the Haram, no more than 5 minutes away. It offers easy access to one of the gates for those performing Umrah (Ground Floor Mataaf) and is also close to the ramp leading up to the first and second-floor Tawaf areas. The hotel exceeded my initial expectations. The staff were extremely helpful, even accommodating an early check-in despite no prior notice. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel WiFi was speedy, and the staff were kind enough to let me use different areas, such as the restaurant and the meeting room, where I could join my online classes without any issues. I traveled alone and stayed in a single queen bed room. It was extremely spacious, stocked with complimentary water and hot drinks, and also came with a personal iron and ironing board. The lobby features a spacious lounge area, and the numerous lifts ensure minimal waiting time to access your room. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a taxi roundabout, making it easy to travel to various sites. It is also close to the Clock Tower, which offers a wide range of dining options.

From the moment I stepped into hotel,I knew I was in for a treat. The elegant lobby immediately set a luxurious tone. My room was a comfort, with a plush bed, crisp linens, and clean . The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting supplement's like soap cream etc. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of al haram. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciate Muhammad Israfil housekeeper who was a great nice warm welcoming fellow. Smile every time we meet him. As he is really genuinely love the people I also enjoyed the hotel's cleanses with beautiful smells was a highlight of my stay. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Bus stops at the right front of the entrance which very unprofessional.

We were given a family suite instead of a double room, which we had booked. The continental breakfast was very delicious. They also threw in a complementary dinner as a bonus. The best thing is location which is only 3-4 minutes walk from Haram.

We cannot think of any negative. But our request for slight extension in checkout could not be accommodated.

Was not given the room I booked, very busy during Ramdan so understandably hard to meet all requests.

The suite we booked for 3 people was spacious, very comfortable and clean overall. The location from masjid Nabwi was about 2 minutes walk, however nearly 10 minutes to the women’s section. They do have a shuttle bus going every 20 minutes however we didn’t use this. The restaurant was great and the breakfast had a lot of options.

Check-in was not clear, they have 3 different entrances on different sides of the building, but reception is only at one of them which we didn’t know. We got dropped off by the taxi at an entrance very far from reception, and the guard was not helpful, of course it was difficult with the language barrier. A simple sign with directions would have helped. The bathrooms needed a deep clean of the tiles, and the cleaners don’t seem to clean the inside of the toilets when doing daily cleans. The staff would only provide toiletries- shampoo, shower gel and conditioner- for one person instead of 3, despite staying in a two bedroom suite, so we had to keep requesting more from reception.

I have been staying in this hotel for the last twenty years or more, the hotel did not change or upgrade any facility but they are keeping it in good condition. The price of the hotel was less compared with other hotels so it was reasonable for one night stay. Their food is very nice and they have many variety.

Nothing serious but due to the traffic congestion during Ramadan it would be difficult to reach or to stop at the hotel to unload your luggage, but this is out of their control.
