I booked a Quad room with partial Haram View. Room was very spacious and had an amazing view of Haram. The hotel is at the closest proximity to Haram and plenty of food options inside the tower

Parking was very expensive and very very difficult to reach. Also I paid for full in advance and got confirmation from hotel about the receipt of full amount however upon my arrival reception staff informed me that SAR 100 was still due. I showed them the payment slip and confirmation message but I still had to pay that amount

Very close and good walking distance to Masjid Haram. Housekeeping person in hotel was nice and provided good service.

Room service was poor. Number didn't work and if you called another number they would hang up or not listen

location is great, nearest to Haram. food is available within premises. taxis are available near to the location. inside prayer hall is very big and separated for ladies as well. got upgrade for Haram view to partial Kaaba view (Thanks to the receptionist)

Very close to Haram, more closer than Pulman Zam Zam and Swiss hotel Makkah. It also has a Masjid which is connected with Haram, which is a very big advantage if you are travelling with older people. Too many restaurants and barbers within the same building.

The only difficulty is that when you will arrive you need to find the hotel entrance lifts and take all your luggage yourself there. Or call the hotel desk before arriving to arrange a bell man waiting for you at the main Ajyad road.

Our room was thoughtfully equipped with a speaker system that broadcasted the prayers from Masjid al Haram, ensuring we never missed a salah. The hotel also featured a dedicated masjid where we followed the imam of Masjid al Haram, further enhancing our spiritual experience. The hotel building boasts an impressive array of restaurants on the 3rd floor, offering a diverse range of cuisines to suit every taste. What's more, the prices are incredibly affordable!

Room Comfort While the stay was comfortable, the connecting room setup allowed noise from the adjacent room to be noticeable.

The location is excellent. The business center is excellent.

The price did not include the breakfast. The WIFI was week. The room has no view.

The location. They truly say that they r closest to Haram. The reception guy Mr Obaid ullah gave us an upgrade to haram view room. Once our air conditioner started dripping water. So within half an hr it got fixed by the ac technition and the receptionist also gave us option to change our room but due to their super quick service we didn’t change the room as our problem was fixed. Their single beds r very large. Two persons can very easil sleep on one single bed. U can hear the prayer call on speaker in ur room and can perform ur prayer in ur room with the imamWould definitely come again InshaAllah
