For the price I paid, the location was still good. It was less than 10 minutes walking distance to Masjidil Haram. If you have a person who uses a wheelchair, the location of this hotel may pose extra challenges as you have to walk up a hilly area. Walk past the hilly area, turn left to the parking area at Anjum hotel to use the shortcut to Haram. The amenities provided are fine. You may want to bring your own shower gel though as they only gave packet shampoo and bar soap. The whole area is also very safe. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and worth the money I paid for.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Had all the amenities and everything was working compared to other hotels nearby which I stayed some days before coming to this one.

A slight steep uphill walk before going downhill again to Haram. It was a small inconvenience especially for old people. There is also a shortcut - Through the parking of Anjum Hotel and then through the automatic stairs. Lots of other pilgrim going to the Holy Mosque go through. Also shops and a convenience store nearby.

The staff was very cooperative, they gave me a 4 bed room for the same price .. I had booked a 3 bed room. They allowed us to check in early (around 10 am), which was very nice. They allowed us to wash our clothes using the machines in the SR 2 floor without charging us. The distance to haram is walkable and convenient .. go through Anjum hotel, that will save you some of the hassle of climbing the hill. There is also a barber shop and a grocery shop right next to the hotel. The distance is close and honestly I did not find anything more convenient for the same amount of money, hence can't complain ... it was good value for money.

The washroom had a little smell, not something that disturbed our stay significantly and frankly I didn't speak to them about it to be fair, but maybe Hotel team could put a bit more consideration for this matter. They had 2 floors for restaurant, both were out of service. So that was not convenient, the day we landed we slept and woke up late and had to order from outside, could've taken something from the restaurant if operating. As mentioned above, there is a hill to walk (mainly from hotel to haram .. other way round you can go through Anjum hotel, they have electric stairs) however, the distance is close and honestly I did not find anything more convenient for the same amount of money, hence can't complain ... it was good value for money.

Location a little far from the Holy Kaaba, with a main road just infront that we had to cross everytime. But luckily we found a way through another hotel (Hilton Jabal Omar/ Hilton Makkah convention) which made the walk to the mosque easier and shorter (around 10 min). Just cross the main road in front and walk left a little until you reach jabal omar street on your right. Then you can go through the hilton hotel on your left after marriot. The hotel was a very good value for the money.

Rooms were clean, and amenities were good had a fridge, there was very little faults with the hotel. Location was excellent 10 minutes to the haram new build. (Through the anjum hotel) Staff left water bottles everyday. The price is decent with no breakfast options. Private toilet was very clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. And soundproofing

Even though the hotel says breakfast is available, there was no option of a breakfast but there was a restaurant. When I asked the staff. They told me it was for the drivers only. The lock box in the room was broken. I don't know if the building is built that way but there wasn't any natural light and windows were difficult to open. Even when I opened one it was closed instantly as there were feathers everywhere. The wifi is another issue it came and went occasionally having to use mobile data. The rooms hardly had connection.

Location of the hotel was close to Haram. It is hardly 8-9 minutes to walk. You can walk through Anjum Hotel and i am not a brisk walker

This 2nd stay for me here location is near to haram just 10 minutes walking, Rooms tidy and beds comfy, there is small refrigerator and TV inside Bathroom clean with required facilities It`s a great value for money for short stay

Road to haram is difficult for elderly and women so they need to add shuttle buses

the room was good and neat staff is helpful and friendly and it was near to the beginning of HARAM only 5-7 minute's compare to the price is very good

the network in the room is very poor

The house keeping staff was exceptionally good and cooperative, the premises were kept clean and they were available at all times.

They could not give us rooms on the same floor, which was very inconveniet as we had elderly, kids and a baby in our group. Even when the room right infront if us got vacant, they did not accomodate. The Haram is close, but to avoid the really steep hike, we used to go through anjum hotel. The steep hike is the only minus point, but luckily anjum hotel escalators solved that problem.

It's walkable distance to Haram, to avoid steep climbing upwards you can go through the back gate of Anjum Hotel.
