Al Massa Bader Hotel is in location, near to the masjid Al Haram, just 5-10 minutes walking distance from hotel. There Staff specially AMR was a nice and friendly person. during my staying there was rain and they supplied umbrellas for us. their room rent wasn't too much higher than theirs facilities.

The hotel is approximately a 13-15 minute walk to Salam Gate 79. You can hear the Adhan (call to prayer) from the Kaaba at the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. Special thanks to Mr. Said on the 19th floor and other staff members, Amr and Mohammed, for their exceptional hospitality. The staff were very polite and promptly fulfilled our requests. For example, when we requested water from the reception at midnight, they brought it within 5 minutes. They also checked daily to see if we needed anything. Additionally, Turki at the reception was very helpful regarding our room. We truly appreciate his assistance.

The only issue we noticed at the hotel was the lack of a washing machine. However, we would like to thank Amr, the housekeeping staff, for providing us with a bucket to wash our clothes.

Turki Al Yazidi served as when we got there, got all our rooms sorted for us ASAP. We was given double cards for our room’s as they was 2 bedrooms which we took. So two people get a card each. Turki was really good and helped us through all our experience there. Without him we would be lost. He deserves recognition, amazing staff member he is and deserves 10 star ratings!

Security outside are a rude, disrespectful. Can change the security. Also when collecting the luggage they moan.

hotel is clean near to haram 8 min walking to King Fahad Gate near to all shops and restaurant and very close to the all transportation to all around Makkah room is good and have all stuff for your stay the reception is very nice specially Yasser and Turky

restaurant is very dirty and the people there is very tuff they are talking gest like a garbage like i am asking them food free the food quality is very very very bad even animals cannot eat it. i advice to book the hotel without food

The property is close to haram and takes approximately 17mins to reach the haram to the gate 74 and toilet no WC 6. The staffs are very well polite gentle. Room service is excellent. Special thanks to Mohammad and Amr for their excellency job. The property also have a large sitting area down stairs. You can also view the clock tower from the property. Nice view from the window.

The toilet is very small compared to that room and it always smells bad. The staff cleaned it properly but the smell is still there.

The Room is maintained very well. The Housekeeping team is very supportive and checks often for any help needed. We stayed in the 19th floor, Amr and Mohammed were exceptional, kind and always ready to help. :) The distance is walk-able and its exactly the location where the transport will be stopped during prayer time. Lot of food and shop options nearby.

One of the security (during night shift 06th Jan) on was very rude during and with too many questions & arrogant. This was the only low point and unexpected.

His warm hospitality and genuine care for guests made me feel truly welcome and at home. Mr. Turkey went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, and his positive attitude and helpfulness really made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the outstanding service provided by Mr. Turkey. Truly a remarkable experience!"

One of the best hotel around Haram. If you can walk 12min easily for salah then its best. However they have own musallah on floor M. Easy access to amenities and shops. People are talking about lifts being crowded, which hotel doesn't have crowded lifts at the time of salah ? Apart from the salah timing lifts are not crowded. Gove yourself ample time. Last but not least the courteous, helpful and friendly staff. We met the guy ترکی بن خالد amazing 👏 made us feel so comfortable buy his kind words and customer service that we forgot 80% of our Travels tiredness.

The hotel is near to Haram and main market. All shops and restaurants are nearby. Cleanliness is very good. Housekeeping came and cleaned room changed bedsheets everyday. Very good staff good rooms. Good property.

The matress were little uncomfortable. The induction was not working. It showed in pictures so we booked it coz we had a baby with us. But we somehow managed.

I like the location its quiet a walk but still with the price its very good. The hotel reception is okay not that good, they do listen but no solution. Atleast the room service is excellent, its not fair if i donot appreciate the efforts and help of Mr Amr he is in room cleaning service and he is very cooperative and very well-mannered person. He is eligible for a raise and that is my opinion.

Over all the cleanliness of the hotel is average and no services on intercoms.
