Aziza Baleela: She was not co-operative to extend our check out. After staying 12 Nights, she could have been more accommodating to our extended check out. She was very unfriendly and rude, uncaring. We went to meet her in person at the reception on the day of the check out and requested for a 4;00 PM check out. She declined and we were very heart broken. However we were able to do it by calling from our room and requesting the person on the phone. I wish I did not go to her. I wish Abdul Aziz Mohammed was there.

I booked for my mother and she wanted to change her room and the reception person was VERY accommodating and Helpful and assisted her with a better room and with a better view despite it being fully booked during Ramadan and I really appreciate the reception helping my mother

Apologies in advance for any spelling mistakes of names Housekeeping Shahadat Hossain Reception desk: khulut (lady that checked us in) , khairiyyah, and two others that I didn’t catch the names of. Restaurant: Salah, his manager Mustafa. Also had guest relations checking with us to see if all was well. Room was ready for us prior to the published check in times, check out was also relaxed. All in all very very good service and standard of the hotel was fantastic. My children really liked the hotel and facilities too. Look forward to coming back again soon.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. Special thanks to Ahsan Ullah from the cleaning staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He ensured our room was always stocked with essentials like fresh towels, clean sheets, additional toiletries, and was always thorough in his work. Additionally, the bellman was incredibly helpful, arranging a taxi for us and loading our luggage with care. The location is unbeatable — the hotel is literally right next to Masjid al-Haram, so it only takes a few minutes to walk over, making it incredibly convenient, especially for prayer times. There’s also a shopping center right below the hotel, which makes it easy to grab a meal or pick up gifts and essentials during your stay.

They were able to accommodate us even though we arrived a little earlier than expected. Spacious triple room. Amazing breakfast Attentive staff Provided us with a wheelchair (as one of our party had mobility issues) A stones throw away from the Haram Sharif. There a a shopping mall literally on the doorstep which was very convenient for food (and shopping- including a Bin Dawud supermarket too) away from the overwhelming crowds found in other malls around.

Please be aware that the roads around the haram are closed at each of the namaz times.. which can potentially be problematic if you are arriving/leaving at the Hilton by taxi around one of these times.

wonderful hotel with beautiful clean facilities and cheery staff ready to do anything to make your stay more comfortable. we arrived 4-5 hours before check in due to an early flight and they were very accommodating. special shout out to Muntaha who helped us out a lot during check in and ensured we got an upgraded room at a very fair price. would strongly recommend this hotel to any and all travellers, amazing breakfast and very close proximity to haram, especially gates 74 and 79. also has an amazing shopping centre on the ground level with a great food court. the Athan and prayer is broadcasted in every room so you can pray along with the Jamaa from within your room.

All hotels can have problems, but it is how they react to those problems that show you how good the hotel is. We had very slow internet connection and I just mentioned it and immediately they reacted, tried to improve it but couldn't and the next thing they bring a new portable router and the issue is resolved. Access to the Haram is excellent. The hotel is nice and quiet despite being full.

In the past the quality of the food and the service at breakfast have been superb and always the first thing I like above. However, this time the service was poor, no greeting, tables not cleared quick enough, had to ask for cutlery to be laid and then not complete. The bakery items were not as fresh as usual and there was only one man making the omelets even when the queue was long.

Great experience ! The service was amazing, on arrival Yasser was very professional and welcoming and made our check-in very pleasant. Bayan the PR manager was very thoughtful and caring throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was varied, delicious, and generous. Our suite was comfortable, clean, and spacious. And most importantly, the hotel location is just perfect a few minutes walk from Al Masjid al Haram. Our overall experience at The Hilton Suites Jabal Omar was perfect. I highly recommend it and will come back during my next visit to Mecca Inshallah. Many thanks to all the team and wishing you all the best.

The personal was very friendly. My room is spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was great, variety of choice. The location was very convenient within walking distance to the Holly Mosque. The elevator was working as it should be, not crowded and short time between requesting it and getting served. The security was there with police forces and normal guards.

Nothing in my mind to complain about. Maybe one thing is the view was different from the picture posted on Booking. Might be because of the recent construction on the Kaaba.
