The best location for hotels in Makkah. A direct access to Haram from your room as the hotel has its own elevators. Plenty of eateries and shops including a pharmacy within the same building which makes it very convenient. Staffs are friendly too. We stayed in Partially Kaabah View room on 25th floor. It was a bit dissapointing as we could only see the roof of the Kaabah. But it's understandable due to the height of the hotel, which is not very tall compared with hotels in the Clock tower. Room a bit small and a bit dated (I believe no difference between superior or deluxe) but bathroom is spacious with good toiletries. Nevertheless, we are repeated customers of this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and efficiency stay in Makkah.

Breakfast could be improved. We always ate at Lagenda Restaurant, which was less crowded. However, the food spread could be improved that would be at par with a few other (similar price) hotels such as AlGhufran hotel or Movenpick. During our stay this time, coffees such as Cappucino and Latte were not even served, which is a must for any 5 star hotel, in my opinion. I hope the management can take this into account and make this small change to maintain its reputation.

The only we choose this place is the location to the Grand Mosque!! Other than that, nothing great about it! I’m sure the management would not care wat is our opinion because people will still come due to location & nothing else.

The breakfast is definitely a disappointment. We hv feedback to the staff written as well as verbal but still no change since so many trips I hv made to Makkah hotel. The food is always the same very day, maybe a change here & there. It’s very Indian, Arabic kind of cuisine. Can you imagine we are staying there for 14 days & it’s the same food!!

Everything was perfect since i saw Muhannad AlSharif and his great smile even in the hard time he was smiling and i want to thank him for his professional attitude with the guest there were many people in the line and every guest want a special treat and he was so happy to help them and solve everything he is a professional person in the hospitality I will come again inshallah and I hope to see him in good place, And also I want to thank his supervisor Nawar he was with him and they was a good team to handle everything ❤️‍🔥

Everything was perfect

The distance is marvellous. The see through elevator is superb. My room 2501 is exactly in front of the elevators. The hotel is very quite and serene. The lift guy is always there to press the button for you at the ground floor. It has moving walkway towards the hotel entrance and out of the hotel. It has coffee making facility in some of the room. The Bin Dawood supermarket is exactly inside at the building. It is very near to Al Haram with 5 mins walk. You can have short access to King Abdul Aziz Gate as well as King Fahd gate

The lighting is warm light and quite old fashioned as oppose to cool white. It is the design but overall very comfortable

Everything about this hotel is amazing from its location to its exceptional services and staff. I cannot rate this hotel enough. Our go to hotel in Makkah.

The housekeepers were very thorough. Nearest to the mosque so we are paying more for location. Food can be found everywhere within the hotel. Clean & comfortable

We didn’t get adjoining neither room next to each other though I booked 6 months ago! Followed by emails to confirm.

I recently stayed at Makkah hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I particularly appreciated the flexibility they offered by allowing me a late check-out, which made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. I will definitely return on my next trip. Specially the cleaner was amazing he always gives me extra water and extra fresh towels every time he comes to clean the room

We had a perfect stay for our DIY umrah, everything was just so perfect, its located just metres away from umrah gate (gate 79), we could leave our room at time of athan and still find a comfortable place inside Haram for salat. The staff are so outgoing and polite, room service was top class. The waiting time for elevators is practically nothing. We booked only the room, and food was so abundant in the same building, so many food outlets. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️❤️❤️ We will surely select the same hotel for our next umrah insha'Allah

Location is absolutely brilliant, from my hotel room to catching the lift and getting out onto the haram White tiles was less than 2 minutes. The cleaner called Shariatullah was absolutely amazing and so humble. He cleaned our room daily and always asked if we needed anything when passing. such a kind gentleman and a credit to the hotel. Floor 16 - 31/10/24 to 07/11/24. Food was amazing the buffet had so many dishes to choose from. Arab, English, Pakistani, Turkish English and many more. breakfast was served on 2 seperate floors to keep it less busy which worked great. the timings for breakfast were incredible too all the way from 6am to 10.30am so you've got no excuse to miss it. Room size was amazing and very clean. Overall very happy with my experience at Makkah hotel.

Everything was great the only thing I felt could be a bit better would be the pricing. Felt a little expensive but with the location being in the centre I can understand.
