Close to Haram, Nice and clean environment.

The hotel name is not Dar Al Fayzeen but its now Ramada. I reached the property by location on Map but got confused as it was different name. I moved my car thinking may be its wrong location and after 30 minutes of search, I asked a shopkeeper on the road and he told me about the change of name. a very bad experience for me.

The service was perfect specially Mr. محمد صلاح the person in charge of the 17th floor. He was very helpful.

The hotel stands out for its prime location, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed El-Fakharany for his exceptional welcome and Ms. Maram from the reception for her professionalism and kindness. Breakfast was ok. The location was convenient. It is about 10 minutes walk from the Haram. There are enough elevators to accommodate the crowd which is very important. The staff was caring at the reception as well as the service staff. The service staff did stop by twice to ask if I needed anything and I received a call as well from the service desk asking the same.

There were not that much variety in the food. The breakfast room gets stuffy very quick as it fills up with people. The food needs supervision to ensure residents abide to hygiene standards. The Hotel also needs to strictly enforce the no-smoking policy in the floors. I saw people smoking in the hallway on my floor.

I confirmed breakfast option while booking however at the reception they told me that it's not included in your booking. That was unexpected. Door locking was not working it took lot of time to fix that problem, unnecessary waste of time. Reception staff was very friendly. Room was small but location is fine. The hotel is clean with good access to private transportation.

Services could be more better as compared to the offered price.

The location was good. Literally about 10-15 mins walk to Haram. The staff were very helpful. Especially, Hussain, he made sure to attend to our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The windows are not sound-proof. Therefore, you will hear a lot of noise from the cars on the street.

One security at the door keeps asking are you a resident each time you go in and out. Make you feel non comfortable

Great location next to masjid al haram, staff is good and polite and very helpful they infact kept my forgotten stuff secured even after 1 week of check out .👍
