I had a fantastic stay at this property in Gold Coast! The location is amazing, right in front of Surfers' Paradise beach. It's super convenient to walk to Cavill Avenue, where there are plenty of cafes, entertainment, pubs, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen has upgraded appliances. We stayed on the 47th floor (room 4703), and the sea view was breathtaking! I highly recommend Room 02 though, as it offers both Sea and City views, especially stunning at night! The hotel has parking available, making it even more convenient. Overall, a great experience!

I asked for an early check-in, but unfortunately, the room wasn't ready until 2:10 pm. When I entered, it seemed like the cleaning was rushed—the floors were wet, and it felt like they had just finished cleaning. I wish the room had more utensils in the kitchen. Parking was a bit tricky at first, but once you get used to it, it's manageable.

The rooms cleanliness needs improvement. Upon arrival we found rubbish under some of the beds, a used slipper under the couch, a dirty sponge left in the bedside table of the master suite, a BOOGER was wiped on the walls of a bedroom. We were on the 20th floor room 2001. There was garbage chute that was poorly maintained and leaving a god awful smell through the entire hallway. The garbage chute room was messy and foul. The smell was hard to deal with, we had to hold our breath every time we left the room and waiting for elevator was awful. I expected an other standard considering the price paid.

Loved the view, room was perfect, bed was very comfy. Facilities were also amazing as we had up to 10pm to be able to swim which is a bonus as I love a night swim.

My overall stay was amazing, however, my included breakfast package let me down as I was expecting a buffet, not just a continental breakfast, perhaps you could add this on your website as I was not aware and assumed it was a whole buffet, in saying this, I am still happy with the service I was provided. Overall, the food was delicious and was worth those extra dollars for the duration of my stay. No complaint.

One staff member was very rude and not very understanding as my hubby had to go in to get key ,as I am in a wheelchair chair and he was treated as some sort of bum of the streets ,we had just traveled 11 hours in a car and was tired and exhausted and they made him go back to our car 4 times for his id then card then my id then my credit card and the and then stuffed up our room number , so by that stage we were getting very upset and we also have a 6 year old that wasn’t happy and the staff member was not compassionate at all and no apology for the stuff around

Excelent beach front location with views right down the entire beach from multiple locations within the 2 x bedroom apartment. Great underground parking for our vehicle included free of charge with room booking. Right on the corner of Cavill Mall and within walking distance to a multitude of dining venues. Housekeeping service was excellent, with daily servicing including bed remaking (changed entirely after 4 x days), daily new towels and cleaning of bathroom areas, and replenishment of tea, coffee, milk etc. General removal of rubbish from bin daily also.

The Hyde Paradiso restaurant was lovely however I asked how much it would be just for a bowl of cereal from the buffet (previous worker had told me $12 although a new worker told me $35) she sat us down and said she’d ask the chef for prices to confirm (since it was just cereal and milk, no extras) We sat down for a while waiting for an answer, the worker had still not asked the chef so we had gotten up and left. Great hotel however that was quite disappointing as I had called the night before to confirm I could just get cereal without it being $35 :(

The Location was fantastic. It is in the heart of surfers paradise. Beach is at the doorstep, easy access to parking, in and out of the building, lots of food options around and undoubtedly the best locations ever. You can view sunrise from the three bedroom ocean view apartment room and we never had to take the car out. Beautiful beach and we will definitely come back for the location. The pool area is fantastic. With indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor spa, steam rooms, facilities are fantastic. We loved the views from the pool and most probably the best view in Gold Coast. Like any other hotel, this place also had a few problems, but what made them negligible are the staff. They have attended to every small concern of ours promptly and fixed them for us. Rooms were also super clean. We all loved our stay and this place will be our first preference for our next visit to Gold Coast.

If you are in floors lower than 9, the views aren’t that great. Apartments furnishing changes from apartment to apartment. Although this is not a huge concern, it can change the way you feel inside the apartment. We were there for the long weekend but the pool bar was always closed. Although the facilities are great, I am a bit surprised about why the bar isn’t open. The breakfast in Hyde was a hit and miss which was a bit disappointing but again the staff were lovely.

We were there the same time a year ago, decided to return as we knew what it offered. The facilities need some TLC especially in pool and spa area. Paint peeling off ceiling and needs a good scrub. The apartments need better maintenance too, had the same feedback a year ago. Not properly cleaned lots of dust. Furniture is also very tired and needs replacement.

Amazing Facilities, very hand location. Terrific staff and spectacular views. The outdoor pool overlooking Surfers Paradise was the highlight of my trip. Highly recommend others to come and see the fantastic offering. We are already booking our next trip back. Upon checkout we were offered temporary access to the hotel facilities and were able to leave our car in the parking until our late night flights.

Nothing negative to share. A little tricky for locating the towels for pools, you need to go down to reception to ask.
