It was very clean and well organized. It has a nice little kitchen set up and a cute little dining area. I enjoyed the balcony and the cute cats that would come and visit if you say hi to them. Location was great - in walking distance to the beach, many restaurants and supermarkets. We appreciated that there was a dedicated parking lot for this property.

A few minor dislikes.. - no smart tv, just basic satellite tv - shower doesn’t drain well so you’re standing in a pool of water most of your shower time - lack of sound proofing, it was very loud when someone would come into the building/hallway

Great location, 3-400m for the beach, big room, nice host, free parking close by. Clean swimming pool, albeit a bit small. Despite it being small, it was not too crowded when we visited (end of August - beginning of September)

The bathroom and especially the shower was impossible small, and we’re not tall people. I’m 1.76m tall and my girlfriend is 1.74m and we could barely fit alone in the shower, never mind turning.

The apartment was very clean with cleaning service every day. The owners were very nice and also organised a transfer from the airport for us. We even recieved a small gift in the end of our stay.

We didn’t have very good view from our room, as it was a corner apartment in the basement. The room disposition was very deep, so it was necesary to use the lights even during the day. A small advice from us is to place some shelves also into the bathroom.

We were very well received and felt right at home during our stay! The instructions to arrive at the hotel were clear and the hosts received us with immense hospitality. The free parking area close to the hotel made our stay super easy as well. The room was spacious and exactly as advertised, and it fit perfectly to our needs as a group of three. Both the bed and sofa-bed were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were super clean and the hosts even provided us with fruit, water and a complementary bottle of raki upon our arrival. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check out a bit later than the required time on our last day, as we only needed to go to the airport later in the day and did not want to spend too much time out in the really hot weather. We were really happy with our holiday!

One evening there was not hot water in the shower, but it was a very warm night and so this was not a problem at all for us. The hosts informed us in the morning that this was something that affected the whole building, so it was absolutely not their fault. If anything, the strength of the wifi connection closer to the bedroom could be improved a bit, but this did not affect our stay in any way meaningful.

Really good location for the beach and local restaurants, Rethymno old town is about half an hour walk along the beach. The pool was lovely and the facilities were spot on. Staff cleaned the room daily and everything went perfectly, when we spoke with them in the hall they were really friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The only downside was the unfinished building next door, but that would not put us off staying here again.

The hosts were so kind and the location is perfect to reach all landmarks at the island 👌 We found fruits and local drink when arrived late and it was so nice like a gesture. Also our room was very clean and comfortable. The stuff was very polite and friendly.

It was cleaned every day and there was a parking which is great for a town with small streets.

We booked a deluxe apartment for four but the very friendly hosts kindly added an extra bed for no extra cost after my son missed his flight home. The accommodation is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The extra large bed in the main bedroom was the second most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the best was in a very expensive 5 star hotel in Mexico so that's really saying something! The three direction shower was also excellent, and the sofa bed was comfortable too. Teabags, sugar, salt and pepper were provided free of charge, as well as Raki. Shower gels and toilet rolls were also free of charge. The pool and surrounding area was lovely, with coloured lighting in the pool at night, although, sadly, it wasn't usable after sunset. There's also a shady terrace with grapes growing, and a stereo. We were able to check in and out slightly later than stated without any fuss. Back to the bed--it really was exceptionally comfortable, so much so that I'm going to invest in the same brand of topper when I get home!

The apartment was a little cramped for four, and even more so for five, but we knew that when we booked so I feel a little bad saying so. The knives weren't very good and there were no keys in doors until we asked so the bathroom was unlockable for the first night we stayed.

The apartment is very tastefully designed. It's in the quiet part of Retimno, 2 min walk from the beach, near supermarkets and restaurants. It's also 5 min from old town by car or you can walk by the sea. The pool is a nice plus when it's too hot on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it.

Location is perfect on a small street just 10 minutes from the beach. Great service, very clean and spacious rooms. The swimming pool was great, especially during the windy days when the beach was closed. The equipment in the kitchen was a bit outdated but everything is in working conditions. Staff is really hospitable and make everything for enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this property! Overall great value for the money.

The shower is very small and the equipment of the kitchen is a bit outdated but it didn't spoil our stay. The owner promised that this will be fixed in the nearest future!

Hosts were amazing, really helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect with a bus stop outside that took you straight into Rethymno town (€1) and a supermarket as well as the beach on your doorstep. The pool was a great size and often quiet during our stay. The accommodation was great value for money and was cleaned regularly - I would personally recommend the deluxe room for a couple
