We liked that the apartment was spacious, the pool was clean and you could swim or your kid could play and there was still plenty of space for everybody. The beach is around the block. The breakfast was good, with various options.

Small details like the cleaning team took the trash in the toilet but forgot to leave a spare garbage bag or not pick up the trash at all in the kitchen. Not knocking when they are coming to clean the room, to check if you are in or not. These were not deal breakers, we would love to come back.

Lovely location close to the beach, great swimming pool and food bar with nice personele. Every morning there was a breakfast with lots to choose from. Housekeeping was good!

We were on the ground floor - which was with a family quite nice - but there was every evening music and talking in the bar, which was very doable in the bedroom, but in the living room - where the kids sleep, the noise was quite intens

This place is superb! Modern luxurious apartment. Mo, Anita and the team were first class and made me feel very welcome. Very well equipped kitchen. I found the washing machine particularly useful. Lovely pool. Supermarket next door. Private car park. There’s even a safe in the room. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. I shall definitely return!

We stayed there for 1 week and I must say the location is perfect as you have the beach 2 minutes away from the hotel, you can also walk to the old town center which is about 25 to 30 min walking. We booked a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment for our stay and when we arrived there they informed us that unfortunately they had a problem inside the Apartment and would not be ready for that night but for the next day( not really what you want to hear after a long trip from the airport), however, the lady at the reception was super friendly and assured us she would make it up for that inconvenience, in the end, she offered us free late check-out( you have to pay extra if you want a late check-out) and free beach towels for the whole stay(you have to pay for this as well). The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We did not take into consideration that having so many Apartments there will be a lot of families with kids which can be pretty annoying if you don't like kids or you want to relax, however, this is an issue only if the sea is agitated and you have to stay at the pool.

All staff: Nitsa, Konstantina, William and Katherina was really nice and very helpful. The pool area was fantastic - we didn't feel like going to the beach, even though it was only a short walking distance away. Thank you Summer Dream Team for your effort and great job you're doing! Hopefully we'll see each other again!

The bar looks more practical, before it was more cozy.The air conditioning in our apartment was a bit too loud.

Staff hospitality was exceptional.-thank you to Konstantina, Nitza, Joannis and all other staff we didn't get to know by name, you're all doing great job! Kids didn't want to leave the pool area, even though a very nice beach with all amenities was just a stone's throw away.... The atmosphere in the pool area was great, both during the day and in the evening.(that Bob Marley stuff still playing at the back of our heads!). Very tasty food and not-to-miss drinks served throughout the day.

There was some sort of an emergency light fixed above the entrance door which was generally on during the night, and occasionally beamed a vivid white light in the middle of the night, for no obvious reason (fire drill?).

Good hotel with excellent service. We had a one bedroom deluxe room. The children slept on the sofa beds in the living room, which were comfortable and wide. The pillows were absolutely wonderful on every bed and the bed in the bedroom was very good and wide, the clean white sheets with mankeled sheets provided a good night's sleep. Rooms also have blackout curtains. The air conditioning worked great in both rooms and this, like the lights in the rooms, is controlled from the wall panel. The bathrooms were big and had a wonderful rain shower. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and everyone did their best to make your stay very pleasant. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. Good service in the bar and the services in it and the restaurant were good. New, clean sunbeds at the pool and the pool was a nice size. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket. The hotel is also next to the beach, where there is a chain of countless restaurants towards the center.

It would be good to have a dresser for clothes in the bedroom.

Was rather disappointed there were no maps of Rethymnon. As a visitor it is so important to have maps freely available especially when the property is quite a walking distance away.

Hotel is situated about 30 minutes’ walk from Old Town and 1-2 minutes from the beach. However we have chosen this location intentionally being not interested staying in the centre. You are offered parking place if travelling by car (I saw some guest’s complaints that parking is not convenient - but the whole Greece looks like building site… parking surrounding was not a problem for us). Hotel was renovated recently. Apartment was very spacious and well furnished. Small kitchen was well equipped (coffee machine, toaster etc.). You can also find washing machine which is an added value. There is a swimming pool (not very big but kept clean all the time) and a very nice bar and restaurant with pleasant music. I can say that kitchen is serving quite good cuisine (snacks, pizza, burgers and some typical Greek food). And a BARMAN who makes great atmosphere and great drinks!!! Generally staff is very kind, smiling and helpful. We felt very good in this place. There is a supermarket and bakery nearby and lots of restaurants. Very convenient location. Ideal starting point for discovering the beauties of Crete.

Room cleaning could be better, it was not spotless clean. We've got the feeling that kitchen equipment was not cleaned at all after previous guests.
