It was brillant for a short stay in Brussels, very well communicated with the metro within 2 stops you were practically in the centre of the city. I don’t really understand the opinions about the location - Anyone who lived in a multicultural and diverse city knows that this neighborhood is absolutely normal and everyone just wants to get on with their lives. In the contrary, i found it very pleasant to walk about and see people sitting at coffee shops, laughing, hugging and smiling. It is a bit unclean though so if you don’t like this you won’t enjoy the neighborhood.

Apartment (and the whole building) is very clean and extremely comfortable. Access is very convenient. Stuff is very helpful. Distance to Grand Place is quite half an hour by foot. As some of the guests wrote here, it is necessary to understand that Brussels is a multinational city, so it is unnecessary to write about the fact that the residents of this area are frightening. Y es, the area itself is dirty and quite loud during the day, but we checked in at 4:00 p.m. and left early in the morning, and local cafes and shops visitors simply lived their lives without causing us any discomfort.
Neighbourhood is not very clean.

The apartment was more than we could have expected. Everything is very well cleaned. Thank you for coffee, oil and other small things that made it feel like at home. The administrator was kind to answer my call at 10pm and help me with the troubles. It’s very easy to access, and quite an easy getting there from centre or railway station. It’s really more than you could ask for those little money they ask. So happy we stayed there
It seemed like the district was a little scary at first, but people there are actually very nice and wild amount of new cultures and things you can discover

I liked the contactless way of entering on the apartment The location was a little bit far from the city centre but very close with metro/ bus statu which leaves you in any corner of the city The apartment was modern and very cozy I liked that the owner was concerned every time how we were going and if me need anything and was very available to do anything for us to be comfortable Was very nice and polite
I didn’t like very much the neighbourhood which was a little bit dirty but it wasn’t a problem as we used to go out in the morning and get in at night We had a problem with the heating but it was resolved very quickly by the property, but on the second day it was off again. It wasn’t very necessary because it wasn’t cold and the building was quite warm but it might be a problem if the weather was colder

Our recent stay was great! We had an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Every question was met with a polite and prompt response, and the host even shared valuable tips on local attractions and locker locations. The room, though a bit cozy for four people, was spotlessly clean, equipped with towels and a hairdryer. The host's proactive approach and availability made the stay seamless and enjoyable. Located just 10 minutes from the city center by metro, the accommodation offers a convenient base for exploration. Overall, a delightful stay with a host who truly cares about guests' experiences.
While our stay was generally pleasant, there was one aspect that we did not like: the cleanliness of the neighborhood. We noticed that the area surrounding the accommodation was a bit dirty, but to be real the cleanliness of the neighborhood is not under the host's control. This was a relatively small concern in comparison to the positive aspects of our stay, such as the friendly host, clean room, and convenient proximity to the city center.

The owner responded exceptionally quickly to any questions we had and inquired after us in any case to check all was ok. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. There was everything we needed for our stay including a kettle, hairdryer and microwave. There are the basic essentials such as oil and salt/pepper and also toiletries. The bedding and towels are of a good quality. The whole apartment block was very quiet, we were never disturbed over the four nights we stayed there. The wi-fi works perfectly which would allow streaming of programmes if the lack of a TV is an issue to some, it wasn't for us. The Metro is a five minute walk, the railway station for Eurostar a 20 minute walk and the centre of Brussels about the same (20 mins).
It is a shame that rubbish has been thrown out on to a flat roof outside the windows to No 6 as this meant we kept the curtains closed to avoid looking at it. This is a very minor matter though.

The studio was extremely clean when we arrived. Furniture is new. The beds are very comfortable and the linen was clean as well. In bathroom we had everything, from liquid soaps to the shampoos and shower gels. Apart from clean towels for hands, face and body, there is a hairdrier as well. Kitchen is completely equipped (kitchenware, cutlery, dishes, fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwashing liquid, sponge, stove, even salt, pepper etc.), for both long and short stays. There is a lot of natural light in the room coming from big windows that are around whole place. We absolutely loved it! Metro station (lines 2 and 6) is a 5 minute walk down the street and a 5 minute ride from the Brussels South railway station. The hosts are really kind and hospitable, they answered at every question we asked promptly. They've given us some advices and ideas what we should see in Brussels on our arrival, as well as the ways we should collect and sort rubbish for recycling. The instructions for entering the building were clear and we had no problems whatsoever with getting into the studio. WiFi was working really great. We warmly recommend this place, and when I visit the Brussels again, I will definitely come back to this studio!
Maybe the TV was missing, but it was not a dealbreaker for us.

The apartment was lovely, very clean and with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was also great.
The location is close enough to the city centre and well connected, there are several bus stops and an undeground station, but the area doesn't feel very safe.

The flat is spacious, the bathroom have a good size.
The beds were a bit too narrow, and they are kind of curved in a way it's not very comfortable, specially if you move yourself a lot during sleep. Also, the location is less than optimal, can sometimes feel less than safe and it can be a bit time consuming to get to the city center.
