Clean, quiet, comfy, good price to value ratio

Location is kind of creepy and scary... sometimes I was afraid to come out.

Decent hotel

It is not in the best neighbourhood, there is a large muslim community, but looks don't hurt

The reception staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was spacious, and cleaned, also cleaned daily which was a nice treat. The shower had those buttons which you get with a shower pool side which dictated how long the water was on for (about 30 seconds) and you could not change the temperature which was inconvenient. The location was not very nice, however we walked into the city everyday and it took around 20 minutes which was amazing. I (female) was with my boyfriend so I did not feel unsafe, however had I been on my own I think I would had felt uncomfortable in the neighbourhood alone. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel, just my own poor research!

The front desk check in guy was super friendly. He even walked my husband down the street to show him where to get our dinner from and waited with him while it was being cooked. He also walked him to the small grocery store nearby. The room was basic but clean.

The location did not feel safe for new travelers to Brussels. Walking to the hotel there were a lot of sketch people and it made us extremely uncomfortable. The road in front of the hotel was very busy, even throughout the night. We only stayed one night instead of the 2 we booked.

It was a very comfortable room with plenty of space to move around. The bed was also super comfortable. A very good choice if you plan to stay for just a few days and if you are planning to use the room just to sleep. Staff was very friendly & helpful and was available 24 hours.

First of all, the location was not the best. The street where the hotel was located unfortunately was inhabited by emigrants coming from North Africa. The street was full of garbage and dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re a female traveler because unless you use public transportation (which I didn’t) you might get catcalled or even molested walking down the street. But I don’t blame the hotel for this. Also, the main locations and attractions are like 25-30 minutes away from the hotel. Speaking about the room, it was cozy and modern but I didn’t find it very clean. Walking around the room for a few minutes with socks on would make your socks dirty and change color from the dirt there was inside the room. Bed and sheets were clean though.

Room was a decent size, neat and clean. The bathroom was also clean, ok shower pressure. Staff was friendly, accommodating us well despite the minor language barrier. The location is good, fairly close to the nearest metro/underground, Clemenceau, ~10 mins (including the stairs down - a lot of escalators for metros weren't functioning when I went, early July 2024). Also a straightforward walk towards the Grand Place area (~20-25mins).

No nice way to say this, but the area/main street seemed to have a lot of middle-eastern businesses. When we (20F, 21F) went back to the hotel we were blatantly stared at and even catcalled by the men that were sitting outside. After the first night we just took taxis back. Would recommend travelling in a larger group or budgetting for taxis. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself though.

Location wasn’t bad. Walked 10-15 minutes from the train station , and it was on the high street , very busy area during the day but you can get anything u wish for. 10-15 minutes walk to grand palace and other historical views. I basically walked everywhere. Bed was comfy no issues , had a big enough window from where you can enjoy the night street view 😊 nothing fun , walking around was safe had no issues.

The only thing I dint like was , being woken up cleaning staff in the morning like 6.30 , who just walked in.

The room was a good size and was clean. The bathroom was fully equipped. There was facility to get hot water from reception but no kettle in the room. We slept very well. It did everything we needed for two one night stays at the start and end of our trip to Belgium.

The hotel is situated in a street within walking distance of the train station and the city centre. It was possibly not the best area in town but we did not feel unsafe and at the end of the day we were just sleeping here. It was a great base to get to and from the station.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Hotel looks nice from the outside. Inside everything is clean 👍 I loved our double bed, it was really comfortable! Room was small but it worked and we just came for sleep to the hotel. What's especially nice was that the city/ grand-place is in 15 min walking distance! We were walking everyday to our trips. I especially have to say that the staff and owner were so nice, friendly and really helpful ! 🙏❤️

The only thing is that the hotel is in a not so clean area of the city. Yes we were also uncomfortable when we walked though this part of the city to the hotel but honestly don't let that be your reason to not stay in this hotel ! We really had an amazing experience here and would definitely rebook this hotel for a stay in Brüssel ! And trust me after the first "shock" it's not that bad anymore and you can just go your way and explore everything else in Brüssel.

The staff were nice and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed too.Room had a small fun that came in handy especially when the weather got warmer. They kept my luggage after my checkout till my flight back same day in the evening without extra costs. It located well , 10minutes from Brussels Zuid and 6 minutes away from a metro station. So convenient

Not something I didn’t like, but maybe the can consider putting a bulb at the centre of the room rather than on the side, for better lighting
