location, location, location. then microwave and sink. Clean. There ere are many cafes and shops open till late. Buses and tube stations are walking distances to chose, can reach anywhere in a half hour.
Due to their over booking, my booking cancelled just 3 days before. That is not acceptable, they should have found an alternative room. They got a cancellation 2days before and I got a room finally. I recommend to pay immediately after you book. Street is too noisy, but it is in the central London, what do you expect.

The hotel manager was really friendly as was his son, Oscar. The room was clean, comfortable and cute.
There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom on arrival, that was the only fault. Everything else was perfect.

It’s located within a 5 minute walk of Baker Street subway station and Regent’s Park. Lots of options of restaurants around as well. Wi-fi was great in the room. The reception staff was very friendly and checked with me before my arrival, and made sure my room was ready, even before the regular check in time. They also gave me an option of a room in the ground floor or 4th floor. The room was comfortable and pretty clean. The entire premises of the hotel were clean. I have an overall very postive opinion of this hotel and would probably stay there again.
It’s already well publicized on the hotel’s page, but worth mentioning, there’s no elevator, all 4 floors are stairs only. It wasnt a problem for me, but everyone should keep it in mind. What i really disliked was that in the room i got (4th floor), every time the water pump for the hotel was activated, i would hear it almost above my room. Also, water would flow down the toilet, adding to the noises. That gets a little annoying. To the staff reading this, please do check this out on room 41. There’s also no AC in the room, so if you want to have air circulating you’ll have to open the window. I was there on a pretty chilly day, so it wasn’t a problem, but i imagine that it could be one in the summer.

Nice big family room with wooden floors and space to play; big shower, sofa bed for our child, mini fridge, cereal bowls, microwave and sink for washing up (water not suitable for drinking though) are great additions for families with small children. We had a room on the 3rd (33) floor with a view of BT tower. Very friendly and helpful staff (Daniel, Ania, another Ania and Oskar the cat). Daniel kindly offered a box of LEGO and a cuddly toy to our 5 yo to play with during our stay. We were able to leave our bags after checking out and collect them later. Great location to explore central London, short walk to Baker Street Station and Marylebone Railway Station.
No drinking tap water, but hard to blame anyone for that. Stairs are spiral and steep so it’s tricky to climb with small children and there are gaps on the bends that a small child could fall through.

I really like the neighbourhood; the hotel is close to the Baker street underground station and the Marylebone train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable for me. The receptionist does not stay at the reception all the time, but he promptly appears when I rang the bell there. Also they let me leave my luggage after I checked out, which helped me a lot.
There is no elevator and first time here I had my room on the fourth floor - it was a bit hard to get up with luggage, and even without. Next time thankfully I was accommodated on the ground floor. The windows could not be opened, but this might have been due to security issues. The bathroom had a small shower and I was worrying I might break the glass as I usually need some space.

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is in the wider centre, the absolute centre can be reached on foot within an hour. However, there is a metro station near the hotel (it is said to be the former oldest metro station in the world, which is unbelievable), bus stops, from where you can get anywhere in or out of the center. Which is great, there is also a bus stop nearby that goes to some airports. The hotel is located next to Baker street, it's a very nice street where you can find the Sherlock Holmes museum, but also small restaurants and cafes. The location within London is, in short, very good and it is a strong point of this hotel. The hotel is smaller but in a typical London house and is very nice, it has a nice staircase. The rooms are large enough. The bathroom was excellent, good quality facilities. The staff is nice and helpful (you can borrow for example a reducer to the electric plug). The hotel made a good impression on me, already the entrance is nice. The double windows provide more peace and quiet. The biggest bonus of the hotel (in my opinion) is the atmosphere and the excellent location. We had booked another hotel, an apartment, which the owner cancelled on the day of our arrival. We were not very happy about it, but it was the best thing that could have happened to us. We found this nice hotel very quickly through booking.com.
Rooms that face the street may be noisier. There are double glazed windows, but for people who need absolute silence this can be a problem. The street is not noisy, but the traffic from the morning is noisier. We didn't mind, at least we got up early and went to admire the city. Also have to ask about the bed, our double bed was a bit small. the

The location was amazing to access all the places we wanted to visit. The beautiful decor and attention to detail was spectacular. The absolute charm of the Inn was stunning and exceeded what one saw on the photos. The amazing gentleman who checked us in, went above and beyond helpful and we couldn’t be more grateful for his hospitality. The rooms were lovely and had fantastic extras to make ones stay even better. I would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be returning to this beautiful hotel. Located so close to the tube station made easy access to transportation was an added bonus. Loved every moment of my stay.

Check in was quick and efficient, the manager was helpful and friendly. I had a room on the 3rd floor and having no lift the stairs were a good form of exercise :) My room was at the rear of the property and therefore really quite. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room itself was a decent size and it was nice and clean. Plenty of power sockets. The room has a small kitchenette, sink microwave & kettle. Small hanging space and a round dining table and two chairs. There was even small fridge too. More facilities than I needed. The location of the hotel was really good, just around the corner from Baker Street station. Plenty of food options nearby too. Ideal as base of visiting London for a few days or even a week or so, you'd definitely leave fitter with those stairs. Would stay again without hesitation.
Can't think of anything I didn't like. If you want a more traditional hotel, that's part of a chain where you are just another customer scroll on. But of you want a lovely quiet place to stay that minutes from everywhere (via bus /tube or taxi) then stay here.

A very attractive, bright and clean hotel in the perfect location in Marylebone, close to Baker Street and 20mins walk from Oxford Street, Bond Street, etc. I stayed here for one night as I had an interview, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was well appointed with lots of tea, coffee and milk and was very spacious. Comfortable beds too. Given the location, friendly service and the size and contents of the room this hotel is fantastic. I very strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in London, especially tourists as the location is great.
Couldn’t see a plug hole in the bath, probably the only thing worth noting! Everything else was excellent.

Secure building, great space, and excellent location just around the block from the tube! The woman in the office was very sweet and welcoming. They were even thoughtful enough to provide outlet converters for those traveling from the U.S.
There were 4 of us staying in a 2 bedroom and only had 2 towels and 2 hand towels. I should have checked when we arrived but by the time I noticed the office was closed. Perhaps if they had a closet you could access with extra towels. There is bodywash and shampoo provided. You will need to bring your own handsoap and conditioner.
