Great location and value for money. Very friendly staff and a perfectly good room. Very comfy bed and nice and clean. Great shower pressure and heat! Some aspects of wear and tear and generally showing the age of the property but it didn’t impact my stay. Is an ideal place if you’re looking for a base to explore London, or a one night stay for an event. Great sitting room on the ground floor, free teas and coffees, and fresh water. A beautiful room. Felt very safe as a lone traveller. Hotel is locked from Midnight with key code entry.

A little noisy - could hear people in the room above - but that’s to be expected in a very old property.

The room was good value for money and near to Euston station, on Baker Street. The reception was lovely and the staff were helpful. The room itself had all the core amenities I wanted, and was also quite pleasant. At the price range I paid, I was expecting something much smaller and less airy, but the room I got was spacious, had good lighting, and it was comfortable.

The check in was slightly delayed and when I needed to get in to the hotel late at night my key card didn't work on the door. There were also no glasses in the room so although they had everything else I needed, I wasn't able to get up and grab a glass of water in the night.

Our first impression was the friendliness of the receptionist; we arrived early and were greeted by him, who explained everything to us. The location was a little far from the centre, but close to a café and a supermarket, and there's also a petrol station nearby. All in all, the time we spent in this hotel was pleasant.

What I didn't like are details that I don't need to go into because it was my punctuality, which perhaps won't matter to future guests.

The location was great! Pretty close to Baker street & Marylebone stations. Staff was really helpful and kind to us. They let us check-in early and held our luggage bags on request upon checkout. I would definitely recommend this place if one is looking for a budget friendly stay in central london. ✨

One of the rooms was quite compact and bathrooms in 2 rooms were really tiny, lacked hooks or shelves inside. A little inconvenient i would say. Rest all was great. Also, there's no lift, you gotta use stairs. Could be pain to get your luggage up there. Though these folks were kind enough help us keep them up. :)

I like view 🪟 and great location from hotel to get train 🚂 taxi bus transportation to go London popular places.

When I booked hotel recently last month I paid damage expense which is fully refundable but they don't refund my money.they R fraud work 👿 No slipper 🥿 in toilet 🚽 bathroom 😞 and no shoes rack 😭 very small room ; without sound room 😔

The location is super good. Quick bus and metro access makes it easy to move around. The room was super small, but with a private bathroom. The room had two windows and a radiator as well. I visited during September and it was great. This was my first time in London and I planned only on sleeping here. For a "traveler" this is a great hotel. For a "vacationer" I imagine it would be terrible.

Looking at the ratings I did not expect much and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Since I am a frequent traveler to London and choose a hotel mainly by its location not looking for much comfort, it exceeded my expectations of how comfortable beds were and free tea, coffee offer, nice welcome, its quitness. Considering coming back if I have to stay in this area.

Good location. Close to tube and many small shops, cafees and pub nearby. Very reasonable hotel for cheap price. No lifts, but stairs nice and wide. Helpful staff. Added bonuss is that window could be opened (not locked)

I wish there was a kettle in the room and plugs next to the bed.

Basic hotel offering clean rooms and value for money. Great to be able to grab a coffee in the morning before heading out for the day, Hotel offers a value for money place to stay over in London after an evening out with no issues ariving after 22:30 in the evening.

Staff were lovely, patient and helpful. Great location, so lucky. Conviences such as after office hours access, good wifi connection, baggage storage before check in and after check out.

Coffee facilities were great, any time day or night. Topped up regularly. Could have done with more of a breakfast but there are some lovely cafes about.
