Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well-stocked with all the extras, like robes and slippers and lots of clean towels. We reserved a "courtyard room" which turned out to be the bottom/basement walkout-area with patio furniture and lined with vinyl wall coverings printed with trees. At first I laughed & rolled my eyes but it turned out to be perfect and a private area to relax with a drink after a day out touring, and it was covered so the rain didn't ruin anything. The shower pressure was great too.

A bit pricey for what you get, but that's probably just London.

This property pleasantly surprised us. Situated in the Marylebone area, a stones throw from Manchester square and a very short walk to Selfridges, it is an ideal location for a stay close to shopping and dinning. we loved the beautiful unsuspecting frontage and the modest yet modern decor. The standard room was a good size and the bathroom was great - the shower was amazing! The aircon in the room actually works which is great. And the windows opened too for some fresh air. All in all, a great stay in a wonderful hotel. Will stay again.

Whilst there isn’t much to dislike about the hotel; if I have to write something it’s that there wasn’t an iron or ironing board in the room (we asked for one by phone and it was brought to us). Also, the en suite door is frosted glass and doesn’t offer as much privacy that I would usually like. The glass in the bathroom window isn’t frosted which meant the blinds stayed closed for most of the stay. Minor bits.

Great staff, clean hotel in a great central London location. Nicely furnished & welcoming.

Everything was a little small! I appreciate it's London, yet some clever photo's have been taken. It's certainly not a bad place to stay, it's just that the photo's lead you to believe it's bigger than it is. From the reception to the rooms.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because we were having our wedding in Marylebone Town Hall. As soon as we informed the staff of our stay and purpose they made sure we have a memorable stay. Staff went above and beyond and decorated our room while we were away and when we came back from the wedding we found our room extremely nicely decorated.

Not necessarily a negative but the Full English Breakfast was rather small and the menu didn't have that many options but the chocolate croissants were AMAZING. The rest of the items on the menu were very delicious as well. Overall the food was very nice.

the mattress was bad we had to sleep on the side of the bed cause in we would go down in the center. I think it worth to consider and change that. such a pitty with this level of service!

The industrial size hoover and a table, being left in the corridor outside our room (102).... unsightly and restricting access along the corridor. The overwhelming smell of cigar smoke that filled our courtyard space. We are non smokers and as such, couldn't comfortably sit out there. It seemed to come from an adjoining courtyard space. Being so specific about the breakfast menu choices ('only one from hot and one from cold' etc) was, for us, somewhat restrictive, and took the pleasure out of breakfast.

I have celiac disease, so was SUPER happy with having safe food and feeling confident that the servers and kitchen staff knew what they were doing. This helped me to relax on my vacation, which is what everyone else enjoys. Thank you!!!

It was strange that we couldn’t control our room temperature. We had to call down to the front desk.

Great hotel to stay in an amazing area, well connected thru metro to the rest of the city or walking, if you love to walk. The area is full of nice shops and restaurants and just a few blocks away, some interesting places such as The Wallace Collection or Mayfair market. Great breakfast, with several options all of them great and well prepared. The breaks fast area is so nice too.

During our 5 day stay everything has been almost perfect, the staff is very friendly. The only problem was the tv was not working, they offered to change rooms, we didn’t have tv signal for most of our stay.

We stayed for 4 nights in the petite double room. It was small (as expected) but perfect for our needs as we were out most of the day soaking up the best of London. Clean and comfortable bed and a great nights sleep. The location is superb. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby and well connected for onward journeys. Would not hesitate to stay again.

As others mentioned, im not keen on the service charge added on checkout although we paid it as the staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful.

The receptionist on duty when we checked in on Sunday evening was delightful, very welcome and extremely helpful. The daytime receptionist at check out Tuesday just before noon not so much.

When I made the booking it stated that the price included all taxes and charges but... the receptionist when I checked out insisted on an additional charge of £18.80 - not a big amount but annoying.
