Great location and good pricing. Was quiet. Shower was excellent. Overall simple but good. Perfect for us as we were out at day and really just needed a decent room in which to sleep.

I liked that it was very close to the subway and Time Square. It’s a very convenient location.

I thought the property was fine. My family and I were comfortable. The only issue I had was that when I first entered the room I found some long hair on the toilet and bathtub. I didn’t want to be difficult so I cleaned it myself but other than that my stay was fine. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Security of the occupants be strengthened. When we checked out, I was attacked by an unknown person coming from inside the hotel trying to snatch my hand bag at 6 am on our way to LaGuardia airport. It’s not the right thing for the hotel management to allow criminals inside the hotel.

Location in Chelsea, within reasonable walking distance of most midtown and lower Manhattan attractions, Chelsea Market, Hudson Yards, Greenwich village, also near subways on 23rd and buses. Room was modern and comfortable beds were always made up with plenty of clean towels, The desk staff, Cheri and Maria, manager were very helpful in moving us to a higher floor and booking taxis for us .

Unfortunately there was a disaster with the hot water on NYE during our stay, no fault of the hotel, but it resulted in the elevator being out of use and not being able to wash and having to walk up 11 flights, but the staff and engineers got the elevator working within hours before we checked out and we were gratefully compensated

From the front, it doesn’t look like the pictures. The lobby was a bit run down, but the staff were absolutely phenomenally wonderful. They were going out of their way to ensure everyone was accommodated and we were given a lovely room on the second floor, it was surprisingly soundproof, the corridors were quite nicely renovated, and the room decor was very tasteful, and the room itself was very spacious for NYC standards. The gym downstairs was a real treat with nice cold bottles of water in the fridge available 24/7. That’s certainly a luxury on a hot NYC day.

There’s a bit of a lack of signage at the front of the hotel, and it took us a few minutes to actually find the place at first. However that’s the only complaint we had. Everything else was just fantastic! No complaints whatsoever.

I liked the cleanliness, the Queen size bed was very comfortable with a super good mattress. We had clean towels every day, the linen was nice. Fortunately our room was on floor 21 looking south so we had a marvelous view of the city. The air conditioning worked well. The rooms are small but no surprise because exactly as the photos in the hotel website show; but we had plenty of drawers, closets and room in the bathroom to put our things. We appreciated the dim directed reading lamps at both sides of the bed, and the bedside tables were big enough to have books or maps and little objects.

Missed having breakfast at the hotel.

Value hotel. Cheapest option I could find in the area and provided mostly what you would expect from a hotel. Yes, the decor is a little dated and the A/C units a bit loud, but the room was a good size, comfortable, and mostly clean. There is a coffee maker ish in the room, but no kettle or minifridge (the front desk could store things for you in the fridge/freezer). Central location, decent option if in the area. For me, it served my purpose for my stay in NYC.

As other reviews mention, it is a bit dated. Would have liked to have a minifridge in the room if possible.

The Location is amazing, the check in and check out is fast, the staff if super nice, the cleaners were very on top of our room (they made our beds daily and were very trustworthy none of our valuables were missing), there is a bar located on the 1st floor, and the deposit at check in was refunded to my bank before i made it to the airport after checkout. Very good for budget travel if you are looking for a high end hotel this may not be the best place for you but if you arent picky and want a safe affordable stay i highly recommend

The only thing about this hotel is the elevator takes a very long time to come only one is in service and there are a ton of floors.

The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Anything we wanted or needed, they were happy to assist. The front desk woman was kind and made the check-in process very smooth and even upgraded our rooms for my birthday at no extra charge! The room itself is not very large but it was just enough space. The bed and pillows were comfortable. And the views were spectacular! Highly recommend a "high floor" and definitely the suites with balconies on the top floor. Panoramic views! The rooms were clean and bug free. Yes, I checked after reading some other reviews. This hotel is also in a prime location. In the heart of Chelsea, you're minutes walking distance to so many hot spots, Hudson Yards, Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, just to name a few. And there are multiple train stations on the next block for anything that you deem too far to walk. Don't pay attention to any bad reviews you see I will be staying here from now on for my annual NYC trips!
