Property very clean friendly staff and great central location, with an amazing view of the skyline. Rooms were serviced daily staff very accommodating and couldn’t make us feel more welcome. Jackpot was the comfort of the beds after 50k plus steps per day around a NYC the comfort of the beds were just what the doctor ordered and so so comfy

Nothing I particularly hated about the property my only negatives would be that on here it states $50pn deposit when I arrived it was actually $100. The only other gripe it the roof top bar advertised is seperate u21s can only use between 4-6 but even then I was under the impression they didn’t want to allow minors in saying we could have a quick drink and need to be clearing off by 5.30 this was one of main features for booking however I think it’s actually seperately run to hotel would just have preferred policy being more clear, as felt the man in the bar desk was quite rude abs unwelcoming - same can’t be said for hotel staff as they couldn’t have been more welcoming thank fully

The employees were EXTREMELY nice!! So so pleasant. I didn’t get any names but every person that I encountered, was wonderful.

it was so cold outside (and raining) and the heater had a hard time keeping up. but… let’s keep in mind that I am from Florida so I was cold cold! Also, They don’t allow children at the rooftop restaurant and room service was out of service.. so I had to rely on Uber eats since I didn’t wanna take my 1 yr old back out in the cold rain. That was a bummer since I have never stayed at a hotel that offered room service. I was ready to treat myself. lol

the location is great. staff were friendly and a super roof top bar

my room was not the cleanest. the carpet was a little grubby with remnants from previous guest. the shower had a lot of hair from the previous guests still on the walls and tray.

The customer service was phenomenal! I was able to check in a little before my time of arrival at no cost. Also, right after entering my room, they came by to double-check to confirm i had what was needed in the room. Just based on the customer service was. I was pleased, and I will be returning here on my next visit.

The location is great and the staff is always very friendly and willing to accommodate. I always stay here at this specific location when I come to NYC.

The only thing I would say is the air conditioning had no happy medium, no matter how much we tried to adjust it, it would either be way too hot or way too cold. The property may want to look into that.

I enjoyed the serene location and how spacious the room was. The rooftop bar had incredible views and cocktail options.

The coffee machine didn't work irrespective of facilities changing the first machine. I wasn't entirely impressed with the amenities provided in the room, especially for a Hilton Hotel chain, plus there was no swimming pool.

The hotel was very close to everything. The staff was very accommodating! We wanted to sleep in a little longer and they let us check out late as complimentary. We were able to order room via online order so that was convenient!

The food could be better! We were a little disappointed with the french toast!

Reasonable prices. Close to Penn Station which makes coming in from Newark airport very convenient. Location was great.

Rooftop bar was open to public so it was pretty busy and pricey as a result. Thought the rooftop would be for hotel guests only.

there are never towels in the bathroom. went to St Louis and the same thing happened. Buy more towels. yes we asked and never received any.

Location is walking distance from the tourist attractions. Always Safe & Clean! Friendly professional staff. Welcoming familiarity keeps us coming back. My husband would book this hotel when we came biannually for NYFW for our young daughters that model. ( @_Lenci_P @Pinderoos @Pinderellas) Staff noticed the Twins and big sister but didn’t see Dad who was known for being right beside his daughters. I had to advise of his recent untimely passing and staff was so thoughtful, kind and supportive. There was a collapsible wagon that did the heavy lifting in place of Dad. I didn’t want any additional changes for the girls as they felt comfort where Dad had once been. Staff said, “You will always have a home here”. Thank you kindly for a home away from home and being so kind, considerate, comforting and a friendly team, more like our family. We Appreciate You All! //Mrs. Pinder

Valet wasn’t available due to COVID restrictions; consequently, they validated parked which was Awesome.
