The hotel was located in the heart of the city and everything was walkable. It was off a narrow alley (TikTok famous for being so narrow) from the main road. My room was clean and nice. The bed was super comfortable and I had a balcony! There were no frills but it had all I needed. I was also able to ask for a blow dryer. It did come with a fan and heater, both of which I used because the weather was a bit unpredictable. The staff was great! Super helpful in getting me information about the bus system and setting up transportation to the airport. Note that it is in the heart of the city so you will here the partying and singing from the callejoneadas (I highly recommend you do one). I am a light sleeper and it truly didn't bother me. Breakfast was fine, pan dulce, yogurt and fruit. I wish they offered cafe de la olla (a must). Overall, I thought it was a great deal and would stay there again.

The lighting in the rooms are quite dim but not a deal breaker. Agan, they should offer cafe de la olla.

Very well located in the historic center of town. I appreciate the communication with the hotel manager to make sure I found the place and he had arranged for valet parking of my car at a very discounted rate. The coffee and light breakfast available in the morning was nice to start the day.

Guanajuato is a loud town at night. The callejoneros go right behind the hotel with large groups of tourists, playing guitars and singing until 11pm at night. I knew to expect this, so was not surprised. If you are the type that goes to bed early, you might want to request a front room away from the back alley.

Great location only minutes to the Jardin de la Union, the Teatro, the Funicular. Most other places are just a few more minutes away. Very friendly staff, some of whom spoke English. The continental breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The rooms are a large and the building itself is a beautifully renovated townhouse

Just to let you know. This is not the hotel's fault but every night from 7pm to 10pm, a local group of traditional singers get together and sing very, very loudly and the doors and shutters on the rooms do not help to quash the sound. So you can ask for a rear room or make sure you have some earphones or earplugs if a rear room is not available

Very nice hotel located in an old building right in the city centre. Very good breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is also able to assist with very well organised tours in the surrounding areas (Dolores Hidalgo & San Miguel De Allende).

Great location in the heart of the old city. The building is an interesting old structure that has been beautifully modernised. We found it very comfortable. The reception staff is exceptionally helpful & cheerful. We got great recommendations and fell in love with Guanajuato. We made a special request & they were cheerfully accommodated it.

Location is excellent, clean room and enough sheets. We expected different breakfast options though. But it was ok, is more like a brunch.

Some guests were noisy, but just a day or two of our week stay, we understand it was Cervantino week and you arrive late to the hotel.

Great location within walking distance to all the sights. The room was spacious, but the bed, a little hard.

Although the listing says it has parking, the 3rd party lot is a 20 minute walk away and costs 200-300 Mx per night.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Service from all staff hotel was exceptional. Hotel overall was good and authentic.

Rooms did not have tv, nor hair dryer as most hotels do. Plus breakfast was just fruit and bread, would be nice if they added more options.

Honestly this is probably one of the best hotels here in Guanajuato. it is very clean and the staff here is amazing. they are very attentive and genuinely offer a great service to their guest. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself was 10/10. it was smelt really fresh and the room service was always on point. fell in love with their property and how amazing of a customer service they have. 100% recommended!
