The staff was incredibly nice and constantly caring about the guests, specially Jesús, Ricardo, Dany, Michelle, Luis, David, Charly and Jazmín. They really made our stay fun and enjoyable. Definitely we wish to go back and see all of them. The hotel is in a clean and stunning beach, where every day is shiny. The water is great for playing.

The buffet could improve its variety. It was hard to reserve at the speciality restaurants.

Staff was always cheerful and positive. All areas were clean and well taken care of. Great service, the a la carte restaurants were all excellent!

I was surprised that some could not get into the a la carte restaurants, seeing that many of them were only partly full.

the beach was wonderful! housekeeping was great and the fruit was amazing!

Beach lounge chairs not very comfortable and there is no side table to put your drink on, therefore every time you picked up your drink, you got sand on yourself. Restaurant staff stood around a lot looking at their phones, almost every morning I had to get up and get my own coffee and sometimes silverware. I’ve stayed here before when it was just a Marival and everything was wonderful, now that it is emotions it just seems like they’re cutting corners. I always look forward to the breakfast with people making fresh food now the only thing that they make for you are eggs otherwise everything else is premade.

most of the waitresses were really nice and most of the staff working there were awesome, attentive, friendly and respectful . beach always clean and property in general

that I paid way more that I should booking through Booking.com and I didn’t have any discount at the hotel spa or any other advantage for had doing it through booking.com I didn’t like the attitude of the supervisor at the front desk. she was rude, not friendly at all, and seems like she didn’t want to be there. great night show

The resort was really nice. The staff were very kind, I liked being able to swim in the pool and also walk right to the beach. The food was decent.

We were barely able to get one restaurant reservation, they said the reservations open up on Sunday mornings for the week. We got there on a Friday and everything was booked through our stay. I did end up getting a Sunday evening reservation at the Mexican restaurant and it was very good, but was disappointed to not have more restaurant options. Otherwise excellent stay!

The beach is cute. The personal is all the time close and doing a good service. The suites are good. And the food changes every day so all the time you can choose different options.

It's not related to the hotel itself. It's more about the families that do not pay attention or don't take care about their children. One day, a child was doing poo in the pool. So our children couldn't continue playing.

I liked they had different pools: active noisy one, quiet adult only one and kids pool. Perfect. I don't want pumping music and inescapable entertainment on my holiday, so quiet pool very very grown up and perfect for catching up with my friends. Also range of food was amazing!!!!

Only thing if i had to pick something, then I'd say let people serve themselves water and tea coffee in the restaurant

Breakfast was very good especially at the Pergola. All of the AL cart restaurants were very good.

Over all the service was very good and the people were amazing, however the odd time there seems to be a little inconsistency.

Beautiful location, beautiful clean well maintained buildings, friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay!

There was a strange smell in our room, kind of a sewer smell. It wasn't there all the time and if we left the balcony doors open it was fine.

Not a huge resort so easy to get around. Buffet food was fine.. lot's of options.

We only stayed 2 nights, so couldn't get into any of the specialty restaurants. The beds were comfortable, but the glass door to the toilet never closed tight..
