A very well laid apartment with two bedrooms, both with en-suites and a third w/c in the lounge area which was impressive. High quality finish & with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Ideal stay for a family with children.

There is no allocated parking and although there is open grounds in front of the hotel it was very busy and found a spot 3-4 minutes away, which in the severe heat seems a lot further. Also the gas hob had a safety glass cover, which was anything but safe. As the hinges had deteriorated & could drop back down anytime causing severe injury if you were using the hob etc. On this occasion we did not use the hob but does need immediate attention by management.

We had an excellent stay at Platinum Coast Apartments. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, making it easy for us to feel at home. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. The reception team was welcoming and attentive to every detail, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. As for the dining, we tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was good, especially when considering the value for money. The restaurant staff, along with the chef, ensured we had a pleasant dining experience each time. Additionally, there were plenty of parking spots available right outside the hotel, which made everything even more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I recently had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. The place is impressively clean and modern, providing a refreshing and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is not only responsive but also incredibly friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Conveniently, there are plenty of shops nearby for essentials, adding to the overall convenience. The apartment and bedroom are spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this place for a positive and comfortable stay!

Despite a few inconveniences, my overall stay at this place was positive. The open shower design (no doors) proved a challenge, as there was water all over the place. The washer was a handy amenity, and though drying racks were available based on availability, the staff ensured I had access the next day, turning a potential issue into a manageable situation. While the weekend price increase was double, I appreciated the understanding of the fluctuating rates. Despite these minor hiccups, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives, making it a generally enjoyable stay.

The room exceeded our expectations. You receive more than you expect for this price. Everything was so clean and new. The shower worked well. We felt like home with the kitchen. The view was also good. The staff prompty solved all our requests. Parking is opposite the entrance. We only stayed one night but would like to come again.

It is not about not liking but as advice for improvement, I would like to mention that the slope in the shower let the water flow out of the shower cabin. It did not affect our stay in any way.

the photos of rooms are true. they have great kitchen facilities, spacious living room and bedroom, 2 toilets, big dining table. Our room also got a complimentary upgrade because we came past midnight already and have little time of stay only. the receptionists are very polite and gentle. Requests are addressed quickly like extra toiletries and towel.

the swimming pool is not well maintained. dirty beach bench, broken pool stairs, impolite pool staff, no life guard. the room shower is too narrow.

Excellent value for money, Eman and all the staff is very helpful, accomodating, very courteous, they even offered us to transfer to other suite because the water heater is not working in one of our rooms. Eman is a gem in the hotel industry. The pool, and other amenities is nice. The view is also very nice. Overall the place is highly recommended! We will.definitely be back again on our next trip to Fujairah!

I suggest to improve the swimming pool ambiance and water requires a proper cleaning. Pre booking online customer service 🙁👎 However, it compensated our stay experience and service of front desk officers 👌

We like to stay there because they provide us good service and room also too good feeling like home because have including kitchen and that one also very low price i spend my good time in this hotel and we enjoy much and one of the more best things they provide Netflix at all we watch movies and enjoy too much i loved it i wish will be back soon...☺️

Very large apartment. Comfortable beds

Room at 17c maintenance couldn’t fix so had to change rooms. 2nd room sofa needed cleaned! No towels. Ate in restaurant, food was undercooked and poorly prepared. The chef decided to make a club sandwich half vegetarian- so half was lettuce and bread! Then stood watched us while we attempted to eat our lunch. Very uncomfortable.
